Our first time visiting the area and we loved Saltaire! The keyless check in process was convenient and easy and there was adequate parking in the back. The cottage was immaculate and smelled very good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated the Keurig and coffee pods, along with creamer and sugar. Nice view of the ocean and only a short walk across the street. We had an issue with the tv and the owners had someone over in minutes to help. In the words of my 11 year old son, "Thanks mom, for booking such an awesome place!"

Screened in porch looked rougher than the one in the picture. There's no counter in the bathroom which makes it difficult to get ready if you wear makeup or want to straighten/curl your hair, but not a huge deal.

The pictures on line are of a much newer facility. It is old but was very clean and well equipped. Being on the ground floor had the advantage of convenience but the tenant upstairs was very noisy making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. The screen door above us was banging in the wind at 5am so I had to go up and secure it. It would be a great place for families based on the layout. Nice pool area and close proximity to beach.

Would have LOVED proper seafood cooking/eating utensils in the kitchen. All the basics were there but we wanted to steam the crabs the kids caught and had to improvise with a small pot, can opener and regular fork. A mallet, large pot and crab fork would have been amazing. This is my only complaint/suggestions so overall great place to stay. Would definitely book again.

Perfect size "apartment" for our group. We were even able to utilize one of the grills on location to have a fantastic dinner. It is less than a block from a beach access and the people are nice and friendly. We were able to get into the room earlier than expected and we also used the the late checkout.

Everything was great so it is hard to come up with something we didn't like. Parking is a bit cramped at night when everyone is there but other than that, there were no issues.

Saltaire was very quaint. I loved the retro vibe! It had everything we needed. The beds slept great. We had a little hiccup with the weather, but I would love to stay here during warmer weather!!

The temperature dropped way down below freezing. We even got a snow dusting. But the heaters in the rooms would not keep up with the cold air blowing through the windows and doors into the rooms. The heating units were located on the walls perpendicular to the bathroom door so if you opened the bathroom door the heat was blocked and didn’t come out in the room; but if you closed the bathroom door you got no heat in the bathroom; getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or the next morning was like walking outside to go to an outhouse. We about froze to death! I would suggest a sliding barn door or accordion doors on the bathrooms and some weatherstripping if your going to rent in the winter months!! But over all we enjoyed ourselves.

This was a wonderful place to stay me and my fiance enjoyed ourselves it was very peaceful and clean. The TV in one of the bedrooms loss signal and in 5 min of reporting someone showed up at the front door...They had everything to start for us only recommendation get an iron and ironing board. Other than that I will revisit again. Thanks and sorry I might have forgot to remove the trash!

We love the quaintness and the beach access. We love the screened porches, all of the windows, and that each room has its own entrance. The pool area is very pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our unit was very clean upon check-in. Just a lovely classic place to stay.

Location was ideal! Great view of the beach from our balcony. Loved the screened in porches and comfy beds! Nice little kitchen & living area made for a very comfortable stay outside of an ordinary hotel room. Parking was super easy as well.

Everything was really good. I have no complaints about this place. Wish we could've stayed longer. Would definitely stay again. Very cute, updated, well-appointed cottages.

The interior was very nice. Very updated, comfortable and fully equipped. The pool was a nice area and nice to have built in seating around the pool along with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

The cottage was not as big as it looked in the pictures. So it was a bit cramped in the living room, dinning room and kitchen area for 6 people. Also the smaller bathroom was difficult to take a shower in. The faucet sprays right in your face and you can not adjust it and it is small to move around in. Also the outside of the cottages looks like a cheap motel, but then when you walk in it is very updated and nice.

Refreshed property inside. Good maintenance person.

Tiny bathroom. Lost power when wife tried to use hair dryer. Parking is very inconvenient and very dangerous when exiting the property. T. V. system very difficult to operate.
