East to call ahead and pay for rooms where some of my family was arriving earlier than me. Staff was friendly. Bed were firm and comfortable. Quiet and family oriented

Wish breakfast from 6-10 would be fresh all way through as some my party slept in and when they woke up at 9 said there wasn’t much left and not fresh. A lot of people lingering in the parking lot throughout the day that made some of my family uncomfortable. Told front desk and not much they could do.

Very clean centrally located Inn with very attentive staff. Free Breakfast each morning was very good. We left something behind of no significant value but within two hours of leaving the hotel we received a telephone call from the hotel regarding the item. Due to orthopedic issues we reserved a handicap room which had a walk-in shower which was great. Excellent Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. Probably the best Mexican food I had in 15 years.

The staff was very friendly. I accidentally left my watch in the room after I checked out and John at the front desk called me to let me know they found it and would keep it until I came it picked it up. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Could have had some fruit for breakfast. If it was there and I missed it. My apologies

breakfast was awesome :) staff was lovely and fun :) loved having the fridge and microwave in the room pool was fun restaurant was delicious!

bed not very comfy and towels pretty thin light in bathroom was flickering (room 106) would be great to have an electric car plug in station no vent in bathroom - not great for steam and smells :P

Rooms were adequate. We had to wait a few minutes for them to finish cleaning, but that wasn’t a problem. Location is perfect for visiting any of the apple orchards as well as downtown Hendersonville. Breakfast was great and the lady preparing it was amazing.

The front desk didn’t have my reservation. Luckily they had rooms, and were able to accommodate my request to have two rooms next to each other. The Wi-Fi is spotty on the backside of the building.

Breakfast was good. Varying the menu a little bit might be nice. The lady working the area was super friendly and on top of things.

If it's necessary to provide long term lodging there, stress the need for these people to be more considerate and quiet during late night and early morning hours.

The Mexican restaurant that's attached to the hotel is wonderful. Great margaritas! The hotel offers a free breakfast that is fun. The woman who oversees the breakfast was friendly and helpful. She kept everything filled with food and the dining area clean. She greeted everyone with a pleasant, "Good morning!".

Loud truck noises every morning at 4:30 am. But I know that it is not the hotel's fault.

The Morning and Evening Ladies went Above and Beyond there Duty.. Mrs. Ronda ( morning) and night shift personal, even Jessica from Breakfast 🥐🍳 room was A++++ ,⭐⭐🌟⭐⭐5 Stars on me and Mom's Books. Thanks for Giving us a great Sleep. (2 nights 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆) Will Recommend this Hotel to my friends when come to Ashville. Don't Forget to Recommend "El Paso" Restaurant In Lobby. Was Ordering thru Uber food which is Expensive at End of Order. El Paso is a great hotel Restaurant, so let front desk tell clients even they don't get nothing from them. the location and staff were great.

Unfortunately we were there in December and the temperatures outside were near zero. That made the ice machines susceptible to the water lines freezing, since they’re located outside. It was an inconvenience to have them shut off.

The location is convenient to the Interstate. We've stayed at this location for years, twice a year each time. The Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel is also a plus. We don't have to get in the car to find a place to eat. The staff is very friendly as well.
