Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but good. Pool area was clean.

I didn't like the fact that at 3 pm check in time the first night's stay was authorized on my cc and then when I checked in, the entire amount for my stay was authorized plus another $50 for incidentals. I understand the $50, but I think authorizing one night plus the whole cost of my stay is excessive. I have stayed in many different chain hotels and have never had what amounted to an extra $285 authorized on my card. As much as I liked the hotel and its location, this may very well be a reason why I don't stay here again. Adding some additional fruit options to the breakfast would be nice.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was just that. Nothing fancy but enough to get your day started. The location was great - near lots of shopping and places to eat. Travel to the historic area of New Bern was very easy from the hotel.

While I was not expecting a great big breakfast buffet, some fresh fruit, like apples or bananas, would have been nice. The location was a little tough to access - in that I ended up having to make a u-turn most days/nights when coming back to the hotel. I know the hotel has no control over the roads, it's just something to note, especially if you are a timid driver.

At first I thought it was full breakfast but continental breakfast was good. Coffee, bagels toast and oj, very good. I loved the fact they placed me on the first floor, great! Handicap parking

No eggs for breakfast, waffle maker ok, Also, left to visit family, took "DO NOT DISTURB" off door. When I returned the room was NOT cleaned. Asked front desk They told me to ask the staff in laundry area. Spanish speaking staff they did not realize I understood some Spanish. They spoke to each other (Spanish) and stated I had the do not disturb sign on when she came around in the "morning" she refused to come back. Did give fresh towels but did not dump trash or make bed. Next day was better.

It seems like the facility is in process of being updated which is nice. The rooms were much nicer than expected and the cleaning staff is great and super thorough.

The side entrance stairwells leave little to be desired… I know that’s an odd statement, but once I checked in at the front desk, I went to my car for my luggage and then up a side staircase on my way to my room for the first time. I was a bit concerned what I would find when I got to the room due to the sketchiness of the entryway… but once upstairs, I was pleasantly surprised.

Breakfast. Waffles, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts w toppings, muffins/bagels/bread, fruits, juices, and coffee. The breakfast area kept clean.

Noise from 1st floor common/lobby area, we were right at top of stairs-room 212. Did quite down at reasonable time. No freezer in the refrigerator.

One of my favorites. The whole place appears new and stylish, it is immaculately clean, and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. It’s close to downtown, yet very quiet. And an excellent value..

Everything was perfect perfect.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The lobby and breakfast was nice

My room reservation, I reserved a king, was changed to a double queen without my consent. I got it switched back but not without a battle

I liked it it was clean, nice Atmosphere was great. location was good because of all the stores in the area. There was multiple channels on the TV.

I'm gonna be honest there is no complaints. I will definitely be saying here again next time

It was very clean and we received fresh towels daily, which I didn't expect. Christmas decorations were nice to see.

Was disappointed that there was no laundry room available. And more rooms should have a walk-in shower available.

Breakfast was disappointing- all sugared cereals, toast, waffles. Having hard boiled eggs or other protein would be much appreciated. Cleaning staff were great! Room was clean and comfortable.
