Front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating our group with rooms close to each other. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the marina. Location was perfect….just a short walk to downtown and convenient for a walk along the river and through the historic home area.

The food choices in the restaurant were limited and the dinners were not very good. Short ribs were very greasy and potatoes were cold. Chicken fingers were tiny. I realize hotel meals aren’t usually great, but these were really not very good, yet still pricey.

There is a lack of bell carts for guest use to ease the physical burden of luggage to and from room upon arrival and departure. I only saw one during our stay and was never able to use it. There are no ice machines on guest floors which is fine. The ice is pre-packaged and available near the check-in desk where the little snack shop is. It's perfectly fine but was not communicated at arrival and check-in. I think all of the rooms should have a small fridge and microwave rather than a selection of rooms. It would be a great perk for every guest rather than just some guests.

The staff, location and view are all absolutely amazing. These folks really know how to make a person feel welcomed and a part of "the family". At the time of my stay, that was more than a tremendous blessing!

One of the two elevators being out of commission made getting around the property involve a little more patience... But not to the point of frustration, personally. It moved quickly, kept up and allowed me more opportunities to meet and chat with other guests. I guess I'm not sure this would even qualify as a "dislike".

We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. You would not even think anyone else was staying there. The bar at the little lounge was a little disorganized, but they made great drinks and had great service.

I went to the restroom down stairs near the lounge and the restroom smelt terrible. I had let the next worker I had seen, but never saw anyone go into the restroom to double look everything.

Location was amazing! We could walk to all the main shops and restaurants. Also, the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. In fact, after forgetting some clothing in the closet, they phoned me to arrange its return; they went above and beyond! Kudos!

There was mold on the shower curtain, but otherwise the room was perfect 👍

Breakfast and location was excellent! The river front view and selection variety was great. Only complaint from family eggs were too hard, hard boiled eggs -could be a nice addition.

I did not like the adjoining door to your unknown customer, the dust on the furniture especially the desk, and the dirty window, that blemished beautiful view! Checkout , thought had until 2PM with late check in-felt should have been advised of check out time prior if different from advertised . Had to revise my plans.

The view made this stay absolutely perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The location of the hotel to everything in town was so convenient, we only used our vehicle when we left. Lower deck/patio overlooking the water and all the boats was incredibly peaceful. We will be back.

It would be nice if the balcony had some chairs to sit and enjoy the views.

The location is perfect. Everything was walking distance. The large deck overlooking the marina was amazing to sit on and watch the boats and just relax. The breakfast is amazing, and not just a little continental breakfast but a full breakfast.

there was only one working elevator which provided a small back up at times.

Hospitality was really over-the-top. The people were very accommodating, and I would stay again.

I think the pricing should be a little bit more affordable, and I would like to see the and export completed to have some other options like we did before in the past

Location-great. Breakfast-great. Bar Service-great.

No seating on the balcony which I thought would be there, my bad. No live music on the deck which I expected during my Friday night stay. I will likely not book a larger suite again. It wasn’t really a value add for me. That being said, I enjoyed my stay and will come again.
