SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Bern

The room was very roomy, large, and clean! The location was easy to find and to get to…the customer service was great! The lone kitchen staff on Sunday did amazingly well at replenishing the food items and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area, without any sign of stress!

Loud people loitering outside the front entrance and pool area Saturday and Sunday night. Slight mildew in the corner of shower in room 411.

seat at the desk is too small and too low - curtains by window would not close completely to keep the bright night light out shower floor needs cleaning ---was supposed to have a Queen size bed in the room but got two double beds---one of the beds sagged on one side-----no comfortable chairs to sit on

Very clean property. Most of the staff was very pleasant except one person.. she always seems angry or bothered. Room Size was absolutely perfect. Full stocked bathroom. Clean bathroom and floor. Although it was only two of us the room is big enough for a small family with kids. And the location is perfect!!

I wasn’t informed at time of booking that a “deposit” would be held on my card at check in . They do have a sign posted but definitely something that should be listed on the site as well. Also wasn’t informed that there wasn’t daily house keeping. Everyday we came back to a disheveled room and no towels we kept having to deal with the angry lady at night.

Front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly our entire stay. The rooms were clean and soundproof, because we never heard any of my neighbors the whole visit. The pool was clean and stocked with towels and the breakfast was tasty and fulfilling.

Location was fine. The food would have been good if it were hot. The Quiche on Monday morning was excellant.

Breakfast was cold. Even the oatmeal was only luke warm. I did tell management that the eggs and sausage were cold.

The staff was very nice and professional.

The side door slams really loud. We were located on that side of the building. So we could tell when someone entered or left.

Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff!! A very good breakfast, with smart and healthy options for people who don’t eat dairy products and don’t want to eat inordinate amounts of sugar and junk chemicals in their food. And the room and price were great! Highly recommend this place!!

My room bathroom was very cramped. The shower door and the commode entirely to close is the only observation

This hotel is very conveniently located for my purpose and extremely clean

The summer prices have kicked in and I won't be paying that again until they are more reasonable

The t v wasn't working when checking in. The front desk clerk immediately addressed it and it was fixed within 5 min.
