The breakfast was simple, but hearty. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly face at the door.

We left our hotel early in the day for the beach and returned midday hoping to shower but had to wait several hours until we got clean towels. The housekeeper was very kind and said she was all by herself which was the reason for the delay. We understand things like this happen, so hopefully the find more staff so she is not all by herself and is able to work more quickly.

This hotel was overall excellent. We had a handicap room which we did not need but if I was handicap this room would have not have met my needs. It had a tub in it which is a barrier for individuals in a wheelchair. It also was at the very end of a hallway. The furthest room from the elevator. Right across from the stairs. Does not make much sense.

It was a very enjoyable place to stay - Having our kids right next door was an added bonus. Everything was very clean and the staff was awesome - even the one I had to check in with in the middle of the night. Excellent training done! I would definitely book there again.

Just a suggestion. The bathtub floors are very slippery when soap hits them. You may want to put something down on the floors - especially for seniors. Would be beneficial to have an elevator. Again, for seniors.

The breakfast area was in a convenient location, but was too small for a whole lot of people to eat at one time. The offerings were good and fresh, and we were grateful to have waffles and good fresh coffee, and juice. Would have been nice to have more protein offerings like boiled eggs or sausage, but otherwise very good

The entry door room key lock in the lobby wasn’t working. And more protein offerings that breakfast would’ve been good.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the crisp updated interior design of room 115. Fresh towels, easy access and friendly staff was a major plus. The option to have a full meat and eggs breakfast would have been awesome.

Only bread and cereal options for breakfast. I generally eat fruit and boiled eggs for breakfast so having that available would have been a plus.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Close to the town center and 3 beaches.

Walls are thin, you can hear other guests slamming doors and talking, and the screaming child next door. There was another guest smoking weed. Came back to our room 2 different night and felt like Bob Marley was in our room. Staff however were great. Gave them a warning and then used air freshener up and down the hall and in our room.

Location was easy to access, our room was spotless, and the towels were marvelous! Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a little noisy because our room was close to the front desk, but it was not unbearable.

the staff was amazing. we were there for a wedding and the representative (Michelle) was so accumulating and mindful of any issues and understood the importance of the trip. she was very personable and made sure me and my family had everything that we needed.

Room was spacious and clean......not a surface clean but a deeper clean. Plenty of towels...and clean, beds were very comfortable.

Housekeeping time frames were in late afternoon (2:30-3:30 pm) vs late morning being a typical. We found ourselves coming back to the room later in the afternoon to chill before going back out and that was when housekeeping was being performed

very friendly staff tipped the cleaning crew and they made sure we had all needed items daily
