The staff is very nice and very friendly! They’re more than willing to help!

Pool still closed and the rooms aren’t getting a thorough cleaning! I always bring my own disinfectant spray and cleaner for the toilets n shower but my shower was so dirty I didn’t wanna use it after I’d cleaned it! And the dust on the furniture told no other story! I was glad to see hot food for breakfast but no one was around to refill anything or even tell you if it was a first come first serve thing or what! Small things though cuz I’ll still be staying here.

The staff and the room! The building and all that is good too just don't like people smoking anywhere around the entrance and I see there new signs put up there about that! Correcting a matter like this is something that I really believe in!

Of course the people smoking right outside the door.! This is not the best location nor it nor is it the worst by far exclamation point. the price is definitely comparable and while the price is definitely comparable to today's motel prices: I'm not comfortable with any of them as I was unemployed waiting on a new job!

Robert at the front desk was very nice and has a great personality. I had an issue with booking.com and he was very concerned and helpful with the situation. The hotel manager is also great!! She was very friendly along with all of the other staff especially housekeeping. I will be recommending this hotel to others. Facility was very clean!

The young guy at the desk he was pleasant. That’s the only thing I liked.

Breakfast was not what I expected. It didn’t really appealed to me. They need to work on the menu. I know it’s not the local restaurant but at least get close to it. Seriously the continental breakfast was not appealing.

breakfast was good. For a clean room and hot breakfast, it was well worth the price.

The check in was slow. There were a lot of people waiting to check in so we just had to sit down and get comfortable and wait. Not sure if there was a computer problem or what was going on.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was perfect, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. The rates were always great especially factoring in that I was able to book last minute. I was very satisfied

There were some rowdy people hanging around the hotel. No fault of the hotel or staff

the staff was friendly the facility was clean they took good care of me in my family we had got into town the hotel they we previously booked was horrible nasty I’m 6 months pregnant the lady at the front desk could see how stressed I was she was awesome she moved some things around and we was able to book the last room they had available

Clean, reasonably priced and in a good location. Really enjoyed going for a walk right from the hotel and happy to enjoy a quiet evening without any fuss.

Renovations in the lobby look like they have been sitting there for some time with little to no progress, Pool closed, fitness center closed, and no place to sit for breakfast, which was only cereal.

Great location for us, near to a funeral, and rooms were available last minute, for a good price.

It's just an old hotel with lots of work needing to be done to update it, keep it clean, etc. Black mold in bathtub, holes in sheets, breakfast was so-so.

The staff was friendly. The room was quiet.

The fact that you don't allow dogs other than service Animals. My room was never attended to. Bed not made. Not enough clean towels for my length of stay.
