Very polite and helpful staff, breakfast was good and all staff went above and beyond to meet my requests. If they couldn’t do exactly what I asked, they gave comparable options and made everything convenient for me. I love that the hotel is pet friendly although it doesn’t seem like it with how clean the room was; everywhere in the hotel was very clean and plenty of hand sanitizer was located in the lobby. I can’t mention the staff’s hospitality enough; best customer service ever received by any hotel chain.

VERY satisfied with our stay. The bed was a little on the firm side but it was comfy. The room was very clean and very spacious. The location was great. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. The pool was nice. Only downfall was there wasn't a hot tub. We will be back in the future.

We received no clean linens or towels for three days! The breakfast could have included more options but was decent. The breakfast area was very messy. The pool was cloudy, yuck!

I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and this place actually surpassed my expectations, shockingly. The room and bathroom were both very clean.
The only downside was the bed being super firm and the pillows being extremely soft. I guess I prefer mine to be opposite, but my back definitely did not like the bed being that firm.
