I love this hotel. Large comfortable room. simple hip decor. The cafe in the lobby has a great small menu all day, The indoor pool has outdoor seating to catch some sun and read. And its located next-door to a book store, coffee shop and a brewery. Also has convenient off street parking. And the staff was wonderful. what's not to like!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the events and activities There's a great lounge area which worked out perfect for our extended family get together, due to rain. Roof top area was amazing, pub food was fantastic as were both of the bartenders!

My only thoughts were that the pool could have been slightly warmer.

everything, it was very clean since the moment you walk in, I like that at night we have to use our key cards to get in bc the front doors are closed so no one that is not staying at the hotel can get in so it makes it a safe environment to stay at

Overall the property was clean

I had stayed the night along with my wife and 4 month old and had reserved a king room. Upon our checking we were told that they did not have any king rooms available and that we were getting a better deal with two queens despite knowing that that was not the case. Overall the stay was fine but I still have a hard time understanding why we were not provided the room we had reserved. We ended extending our stay in Winston Salem and booked a room at Hotel Indigo a block down for a better rate.

The property was safe and clean! The staff was amazing, easy check in and easy checkout!

The only thing was I wanted to make a cup of coffee in the morning and both keurig coffee kcups were decaf! And I wasn’t dressed to go find it elsewhere in the hotel and it wasn’t big enough of a problem since I was leaving soon anyways but just thought I’d mention it.

It was definitely modern and made me feel “fancy” without actually paying for “fancy”. But it was also still very comforting. Loved the bed & linens 🙌🏼 And my favorite was the huge ceiling to floor windows overlooking the city.

There were just a couple small things that weren’t going to make nor break my experience, just found that I noticed them. There were no wash clothes in the room, I called guest services and asked for a couple and was asked if I felt like coming back downstairs after taking all my crap upstairs to get them. There weren’t many options in the little “snack store” next to the front desk. And I was excited to find out about the rooftop bar, got dressed and went up to the 6th floor just to see a sign on the door saying “closed for private event” which would’ve been nice to know before I got ready to go up there after seeing the flyer in the elevators.

there was nothing to complain about after a one night stay the AC setting was kind of confusing

cleanliness staff was nice

that i had to pay for parking on top of pricey room and was never told about it when i booked the hotel

Very clean. staff was amazing.

A little overpriced. Additional for parking and there was a marathon one day so we couldn’t even park in the garage that day because the whole street was closed.

Check-in was very smooth. I wish I could remember his name! He was very friendly and took his time answering our questions.
