Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the location was the absolute best thing. We were there for a baseball game and it was so easy to walk and also nice to walk along the river.

When we walked into the room there was a box fan running and the room was very warm. My husband ran into the maintenance man on the elevator so that was helpful. We learned that the air does not run if there is no one in the room and since it was a west facing room the afternoon sun was coming in and heating it up. Once we lowered the shade and lowered the temperature it cooled down and was fine. The other odd thing was that there was no ironing board cover on the ironing board. A call to the front desk and someone delivered it right away.

The location in relation to the baseball park was perfect! Everything fun was within walking distance!

Our room didn’t have toilet paper but a maid quickly addressed that for us. We never figured out how to turn on the tv. Bed very comfortable and nice room darkening blinds!! Ice machine on 7th floor not working but found it on 9. Would stay here again.

The hardwood floors were a plus. Way better than carpet. The room was small but cozy and the lighting was perfect. The rooms definitely have character. And the view of the city was nice.

One of the housekeepers was rude to me because I asked where a trashcan was that I could throw away some food trash that I didn't want sitting in my room while we left for a concert. He told me under his breath, just leave it in the room, but we were staying multiple days and I didn't want to explain myself so I started walking away. He reached out for me to hand him the trash, which shocked me because of the rude comment. But I did, and he threw it away. I told him thank you, but he didn't respond. I mean, I guess he was nice, in a backhanded kinda way. Our shower drain was awful too. But we didn't complain about it. We just dealt with it.

The assistant manager Yolanda was AMAZING! From the moment my sister and I checked in, she greeted us with warmth and a smile. We had a small issue in our room later that night and she personally came up to offer help. I want to be sure Yolanda is recognized for how helpful, sincere and kind she is.

I feel like the bed could have been a bit softer. It wasn't extremely uncomfortable, but also not the most comfortable either. Maybe because it was a platform bed? Not sure. But the rest of the room had a nice, loft feel. It was quiet and clean.

proper was clean and set up nice . everyone was exceptionally friendly, if you ask they helped with anything. the 2nd floor bistro was convienant and manager there was also super friendly

we enjoyed the whole stay only thing I hate to even say was the bed was hard. we used to a soft bed but that’s it. every else was excellent

The room was very nice. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable

Parking was terrible. I read “private parking” on the amenities and thought it was on-site. It is not. Be ready to fork over $30-42 to park☹️

Besides the parking issue, everything was great! I do understand the new facility is not completely finished.😊

You still charged me a daily parking fee of $40 for two days. I should have only been charged for 1dy. I paid the 2nd day myself in the underground parking lot.  The manager said I would only be charged for 1dy. Can someone assist me in getting this matter corrected. Thanks in advance. 

Atmosphere was awesome. Location was great.

Mattress and pillows was too soft for me. Door to bathroom was hard to open I just think that valet parking should be included in hotel price

updated, tall ceilings & room darkening curtains helped when going to bed.

i felt like the bathroom wasn’t very clean. i found someone’s old contact behind the trash by the toilet.

The parking was a mess for someone not familiar with Cincinnati. The rooms were nice & clean, but so very small for the price you pay.
