I really enjoyed my stay at this Wyndham Cleveland airport location. At first it was the very good price for a one night stay after arriving late at night in Cleveland but after staying the first night and the locations easy access to Cleveland attractions, I stayed for the next 2 nights for my entire stay in Cleveland. The hotel was great, quiet and had nice ammenties such as the nice indoor pool and workout room. I will stay again when I am lucky to come back to this friendly midwestern city. Long live Rock and Roll

Nothing, all was good, nice quiet room and nice staff at under $100 base price per night.

I arrived very late but the staff was friendly and made check-in fast and easy. The next morning I was given a late check out. I asked if I could leave my bag up front as my ride didn't get there till close to 5pm. The staff said it wasn't a problem and I chilled out in the lobby for 5 hours, enjoying fresh coffee and doing some work.

The only minor gripe was my flight arrived shortly before the 10:30pm shuttle cut off time. I called while my plane was at the gate and the gentleman over the phone informed me that a driver was waiting and to see if I can make it. By the time I reached the shuttle spot the driver had left which was 10:35pm. I did call the hotel but they said the driver had already left. I ended up taking an Uber ($22 out of pocket) to the hotel, and I noticed several people with bags come in after me. My only complaint would be the hotel shuttle hours could be extended to 11pm to accommodate late and weary travelers.

the building itself was gorgeous. great location and nice staff

the parking was absolutely horrible. the walk to our room with our luggage was so very very long cause of the weird parking lot. a lot of kids everywhere so it was hard to enjoy the pool and hot tub. tons of kids in hot tub when me and my boyfriend wanted to enjoy it. parents said nothing to rowdy kids. also when we checked in they tried to make us pay for the continental breakfast. 12.99 per person even though online it says it’s free. I argued that point and once a manager was involved they did honor that since it was on the website

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and very comfortable. The fitness center was nice. Convenient location. Its a very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the restaurant there in hotel.

The hot tub was not working, when we went down to use it. The pool was extremely cold, and was not comfortable enough to go in. This was a big disappointment as this was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. The women's restroom in pool area was out of order, the mens room had gnats coming from shower area. There were only 2 clean guest towels in pool area for use. There were no towels or spray to wipe down machines in fitness center. A microwave in hotel room would have been nice, although there were 3 in lobby for use.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The price is probably the best value in the cleveland area and very convenient location right off the highway.

I've stayed here several times recently. This time the room wasn't as clean....sticky table and something sticky on the floor. The bathroom and beds were very clean though. It is not mobility friendly. You have to walk far to your room, some of the elevators are out of service. For myself this isn't an issue but I was with family that uses a cane and they were exhausted by the time we got to our room.

I liked the access to the airport shuttle starting at 4 a.m.

The hallways were rundown and hot--felt like the AC was broken.

Close to downtown destinations; 15 minutes from Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, our destination. Did have a bar and restaurant. the Breakfast was amazing, Delightful chefs both days, Keron, and didn’t get woman’s name on Saturday. Made great omelettes, everything was fresh. Good choices. Employees were very helpful: Dhruv; Januki, Alex and morning check out folks. An adjustment was made to our room charges which was very appreciated.

Refrigerator wasn’t working, phones did not work in room. Advised front desk folks, named above, the maintenance person, Alex had left for the evening, it was late in fairness to him. We were offered another room but choose not to take it as it was late and we were tired after a long drive. Alex did replace the frig the following day. My concern for the phone is that you could have an emergency situation and. person not able to call the front desk.

NIGHT staff was not very knowledgeable and rude. A simple check-in process was made difficult and took way more time then needed. Then I needed a spare key and the keys werent even programmed to my room once I walked all the way back upstairs. and the elevators were very small. also no parking (every door besides the front lobby doors lock at 10pm, parking up front is very limited) so you have to walk a nice hike just to get inside after 10pm

We wanted to stay at a hotel close to the Cleveland Zoo. It was a perfect location. It is not close to the city but our intention was not to visit downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. There was NOTHING outdated about this room in our opinion (maybe because our previous night's stay was terrible in Cinncinati). The bathroom was great and everything drained as it should :) We did not come there for a conference but it looked like a great facility-very spacious. The breakfast area was also very spacious. Due to COVID, there was no breakfast and that is TOTALLY understandable. My son left his Nintendo plug in the hotel room! I called the hotel without expecting them to find it much less send it back to me (I've left things in hotels before without success in retrieving them). To our surprise, the women working there, who had just started a few days prior, not only personally looked for the plug but also located it and mailed it to us free of charge. Thank you for your honesty and hard work.

We arrived with low expectations based on other reviews we had read on booking.com but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel decor looks a little tired but otherwise grand, spacious and clean. Two huge car parks meant finding a spot was always easy and we were surprised to be told that parking was free for guests. We were not using the airport however the proximity to the airport would be good for those needing this and not once were we disturbed by the noise of planes. The room was large and spacious and I enjoyed being able to use the gym in the mornings. We never used the pool but saw families using it who seemed to be having a great time. Breakfast was generous and accommodating to both meat-eaters and vegetarians such as myself. Best of all, the staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to chat and in the case of Nathalie at breakfast, took pride in their work.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a little loud. Fortunately we were tired enough to sleep straight through it but light sleepers might prefer to bring ear plugs in hot weather.
