We enjoyed our stay at Hampton very much. Patrick, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. After we settled in our room, we tried turning on the television, but could not get it to work. We called the desk and Patrick came to our room to see if he could fix it, but to no avail. He offered to have us switch rooms, but we said we were already settled. He took a substantial amount off our bill, to which we were very thankful. It showed us how much they cared about our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. We have family in the area, and will continue to use Hampton and spread the word to others.

I love the suites. Having a separate sleeping area from the living room/kitchen and dining area I so nice. It was very quiet. Breakfast area was very nice with a lot of seating. The breakfast was good.

The walk in shower was nice but there was a gap between the doors that let a lot of water out so I had to step out onto a very soggy mat. Lighting was a bit dim.

The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Our only complaint would be, the free breakfast. It was not good. There was no fruit, cereal, or pastries. They ran out often and were slow to refill. Loved this place and would stay here again....would just go eat at I-hop which was right around the corner. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the bathroom was big.

We liked the location, the price, the kindness of staff, and the rooms were spacious and very clean!

No hot tub was the grand children's chief complaint. If I had to complain about anything, it would be not enough towels in the room, and we had to go ask for them repeatedly because we showered after the pool, and their we six of us trying to share two towels the first night. I would also say the pool was very very cold for summer time.

We had a flight that arrived so late the rental car location within the airport had already closed. This hotel had a 24 hour airport shuttle service provided included in the room cost. Obviously, this was a wonderful amenity. The staff was very helpful with arranging the shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and overall cozy. I found this property to be exactly what I needed for my transitional single night stay.

Breakfast was average but during COVID this seems to be the normal.

The first room we were in had a leak from the bathroom upstairs. Even at 11:30 at night, the front desk was very responsive and moved us to another available room.

They provided a shuttle service to the airport. Also, there was a washing machine and dryer. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym hours closed at 10 pm--we are on west coast time and like to work out in the evenings so this was early.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had gone through renovations. We enjoyed walking to our room and seeing the different pictures with the room numbers! I loved our room, it was a suite and I would stay here again!

Covid restrictions where your room is not cleaned between nights stays. However towels and other requested items were brought up promptly.

We got the suite and it was a great size room, the beds were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Hot and lots of choices.

It could have been a little cleaner. I think housekeeping has to move too fast and things get skipped.
