very clean and maids respect your privacy. only a couple of rooms as a couple of rooms don’t have microwaves and refrigerators refrigerators and the staff were nice enough to move us us to a first floor room with a microwave and fridge dge. We needed 60 days because of a remodel and the staff worked with us on payments and how how we paid due to financial issues.

The upstairs rooms we were in had a musty smell in the hallways not the rooms and some rooms don’t have microwave don’t have fridges and microwaves so read up on the room you are booking. Don’t book using affirm affirm because red roof won’t accept it even though though booking.com does red roof doesn’t . The bathrooms are extremely small bathrooms are very small and the first floor bathroom bathrooms can give you claustrophobia

Staff always professional, helpful and courteous. I stay here 2-3 times a year from 1 week to one month,

2 Lights didn't work. TV didn't work, ( turns out it was the remote, and light bulbs needed replacing) . Staff was going to move me to another room, but I just switched out bulbs and remote with the room they were moving me to.

Our flight got diverted to Cleveland due to a bad weather in NY, and we had to stay there overnight. I was really surprised that this hotel had much better score than any other (more expensive) chain hotels around. It is perfect place to stay overnight - pretty clean, good Wi-Fi and the people working there are very nice and friendly. Thank you guys, you’re doing a great job!

The size of the room was very spacious for a motel room that isn't a suite. The location was great. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The room rate is affordable and what I was expecting to pay.

I wish they had queen sized beds instead of full sized beds. I'm used to sleeping in a queen sized bed. I wish they had a refrigerator in the room too.

The lady that was there the night i checked in which was an American women she was very helpful and nice and my room was clean

The manager that was there at night and the staff were very unprofessional and rude even barged in my room searchin through my stuff and all manager was an african american women who also told me i could find somewhere else to stay at never again

Close to freeway. Fridge and microwave made simple meal prep easy. Location has lots of places to eat nearby. Enjoyed morning coffee in the lobby. Pretty quiet. Staff addressed my needs for clean towels, and picked up trash bags I set outside promptly. Ice machine was appreciated as it got hot very hot in Cleveland. Appreciated the sort of self service aspect because I did not want people in my room (COVID precautions).

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bedding was comfortable and clean and very nice.

it was great for extended stays we were there for over a month the only issue is the bathrooms are extremely small and kitchens are not available. Also not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave so make sure you read the amenities when booking,

Handicapped parking was available. I stay here 4-6 times per year so it was good enough that I always return.

Paper thin towels and only 2 for a party of 3. Room wasn't ready when I arrived even tho I arrived when I said I would. Had to go to 2nd floor because my first blood reserved room wasn't ready.

IT WAS CLOSE TO HOME .... THE STAFF WERE REALLY HELPFUL.... HE EVEN LET ME BORROW HIS CHARGE CORD .... IT WAS QUIET AN I HAD THEE MOST FUN I HAD IN A REALLY LONG TIME I PROMISE YOU THIS !

Honestly....the room looked half broken... the smoke alarm was broke hanging on the wall ....the dresser draw was broke an the TV remote the back was broken 😢. I STILL WOULD COME BACK FAITHFULLY 😁

Front desk staff were excellent, helpful in recommending breakfast locations, directions also given. Check out was quick and efficient.Access to our room was easy and close by
