The location was great the breakfast was good the rooms were very spacious and clean the furniture was comfortable and so were the beds everything was really nice

There was two things I didn't like one was the parking situation especially with my husband's work truck he couldn't fit in the garage and all the spaces right out front of the hotel in the parking lot we're too small we had to park where we couldn't see the truck the only other problem we had was the light on the electric outlet that that goes on when you push tester reset was broken and my husband got electrocuted plugging in his beard trimmers

I liked everything about the hotel probably one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a really long time the pool was nice and not over crowded and the front desk staff was amazing and always friendly and the gentleman that checked us out actually caught that we were over charged and didn't get our discount and fixed it for us he was amazing

The only thing I will say I really didn't care for was our last morning there the breakfast was not that great and my husband asked one of the workers a question and got attitude and the worker just seemed like they were having a bad day the first morning our breakfast was good and the staff seemed to all be In good moods . And don't let this not make you wanna stay here Cause even with this I give this stay a 10 out of 10

Great location, room, and amenities. Good noise proofing. Comfortable bed. Ceiling fan!! Dishwasher!! Used the fitness center. Only used the breakfast facilities for coffee because their's a Breugger's bagels and a pancake house right across the street.

Same for almost ALL hotels. I don't wear my glasses in the shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all look EXACTLY the same to a 66 year old man without his glasses. How come no one EVER gets this right...except the occasional VRBO/Air B&B?

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet for breakfast was amazing. They used real plates and utensils. The coffee bar had good creamers with different favors. Super comfortable eating space as well. The bed was too hard for me, but that is my preference. I stayed a night and headed to my destination. If I ever visit Columbus again, I would definitely stay here.

It's a bit hard to find in the dark. There aren't any major signs on the front of the building. It also had limited parking.

Everything! The hospitality of the front desk clerk upon arrival, the very low and reasonable refundable deposit (because most places charge entirely too much sometimes), the free breakfast served and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. One of the best everytime we stay at a Hilton facility I'm noticing now. So when we can find a Hilton facility room rate discounted we definitely jump on it and this stay was definitely well worth it...

A screaming child in the hallway in front of our room and house keeping attempted to enter our room before check out early morning...

The location was great. The room was super clean and large enough for two flat screen tvs on opposite ends of the room. Was perfect for two people who have way different viewing networks. The hot buffet style breakfast was great. We had an awesome stay, thank you, Homewood Suites. 👍👍

My wife and I kept competing for each TV volume. Perhaps some sort of room divider design would be my only suggestion. 😊 With this in mind, we still had an exceptional stay.

Breakfast selection was good. Room was clean and appreciated having a kitchen with all the essentials. Did not see a toaster, but othewise it had everything we needed. Free parking was appreciated.

Tables in dining area for breakfast were always dirty. Handle on our sliding shower door was missing, making it difficult to open and close, trach cans out front were overflowing. Internet was slow.

The staff was great, room was very clean.

The first two nights couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the above guest. Had to call the front desk at one o'clock in the morning, then at 7:30am had to go to the front desk to complain again. The lady that was at the front desk did gave me options and was very helpful.. I think the hotel should emphasize or remind at least all guests of noise late at night. Also, the pool should be a little less cold so people can enjoy it. Water was very cold.

The location was near the venue I attended in the Downtown area. The room was very spacious and close to shops and restaurants. We will stay at this location again in the future.

Parking is limited but was available across from the hotel. There was a maintenance issues I believe could have been handle better by the property manager on duty. We were given in a discount for the inconvenience it caused us during our visit.

The front desk people(especially Shaleka🤗!!) and all staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful beautiful people! Breakfast was great and plentiful! Pool was nice! The setup and temp of the rooms were absolutely great! Loved having the nice sized fridge w/freezer. Perfect location! All together amazing place and people, great food and choices, just not the right bed(s) for us. Thanks so much!! 🥰

The beds were not my favorite but that's my preference. They were much too firm for me and my family. Think we're just so used to soft cushiony memory foam that has spoiled us and hugs us lol.
