I travel often and this is one of the nicest motels I’ve stayed at in a while. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, A/C worked great, large-screen television, fridge, microwave, ironing board/iron, full-length mirror, and great water pressure. The motel was quiet, in a great area and centrally located to everything. The woman at the front desk (her name is Love), was warm, welcoming, very pleasant, and demonstrated exceptional customer service which contributed to my positive experience. I’ll definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

The rooms are surprisingly large, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. I liked that each room on the first floor has an individual parking spot in front of your room door which makes loading and unloading easier. The mirror over the sink area has surround lighting and was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and quick to respond.

The lobby/breakfast area is a bit small and the breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was good for the price. Forgot my slippers, but my white socks were not totally gross after running around in the room the evening and next morning. All in all a great stay for the money.

Couldve used better cleaning around toilet seat and cobweb detail. Pretty sure I got Carpal Tunnel trying to get soap and shampoo out of the dispenser in the shower. Lol Maybe clogged.

If I come to Columbus this is always our go to place to stay. The staff is always great. Exceptional cleaning. Smells and looks nice. The prices are definitely fair. There's not many smoking hotels anymore. Everything was and is always perfect.

Great employees, I’ve stayed here multiple times, clean rooms great desk for your buck, I even got a membership. I think Tracy is the front desk person, had short haircut, she made me feel special when I came to start again she remembered my name.

Didn’t really enjoy grab and go breakfast but they give you tons of options from pastries to microwave sandwiches, cereal ,

I like everything but the TV the TVs need to be updated for someone my age it was hard to put in four numbers to watch TV and the beds where a little small

The breakfast was really good. The shower was nice. The staff were nice.

The carpet was a little sticky feeling and the beds were smaller than we asked for. The room smelled musty.

We stayed one night, just passing through. The Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Room was little outdated but clean . The pool closed. Great breakfast bar , everything you needed.

Nothing not to like .

It was a nice place, has smoking rooms and an elevator. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well.

The carpets could use a deep clean especially around the edge of the walls.

Staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable!

Could have had some meats at breakfast and more room.
