The location was great 23 mins away from columbus ohio. Minutes walking to all restaurants and shoping stores walmart, target, dicks, is like a big oh tangle mall but outside. even gas stations! . Breakfast was great especially ms sharon whom prepared stuff for breakfast. So sweet and helpful. She made sure ask if we neded anything if something was out she made sure was full. She kept up tables clean and area cleaned. House keeping Excellent and front desk staff. Out of all hotel i been to it was the most cleanes and best custumer staff. Wen ya go eat breakfast say hi to ms sharon she very sweet lady. Promt check in and check out. Love most u check out at 11am is pet friendly. Pool is nice and the gym also pss clean 2.. but pool u got to ask for a towel only place they dont keep towels.. on every floor lever Got vent matchines plus an ice maker. We loved our stay is ourfirst time in ohio!

Clean and convenient to interstate. Pet friendly!! Amy extra special service to instruct us getting to hotel. Our car gps gave wrong exit!! Kudos to Amy for her patience and instructions to find hotel. PET friendly and should show the fee added to room charge so people know before hand the fee!! Ryan checked us out quickly and was also most helpful. Great professional staff. They both deserve a bonus!!

The round abouts to get to location are confusing! The room freshener is too steering! I was fortunate Amy could change my room. The scent was like Fabulosa cleaner and so strong I got a headache.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and we will continue to stay again! Clean, quiet, and comfortable in a safe area with lots of restaurants around and close to the fairgrounds. Breakfast is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was average for this type hotel. Lady attendant was frirndly and helpful.items were well stocked. Good coffee. Location was excellent easy off and on interstate and great selection of restaurants close by.

I think state and federal and local taxes should be added in to the shown booking price. Added over $22.00 to shown room rate.

Great location, very clean grounds with safe parking. We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and comfy with good wifi. We stayed here before about a month or so ago, and booked again.

The price had gone up a lot since our last stay. The property cited "summer" as the reason. No fault of the hotel, but there was apparently a family staying in multiple rooms on our floor. They came and went all night in the hall and were very noisy. We did not sleep well. Water pressure was not the best.

Location was perfect for me. I am a healthcare traveler at Grant so it was a straight forward drive into work in the morning.

The only think I noticed was the shower curtain was almost too short for the shower thus making a mess of water on the floor. Also there was a lot of noisy people outside my room really late at night. Not a fan of that either

Breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, and sausages were very good. Nice choices.

The heater/air conditioning was an issue. The room was so hot and we had difficulty cooling it down. We had to turn the air on so high and it barely cooled off. So much air coming out of the unit dried us out (sore throat, needed water to drink). It was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Swimming pool was decent, but a little chilly…rooms were comfortable. Only complaint was that we booked two rooms and they couldn’t accommodate a connecting room and instead we had to stay across the hall from one another.

Accommodations and location near interstate excellent. Amy helped walk us through getting to hotel easily. The round about streets easily confused driving. With her guidance we arrived safe and sound! Ryan was very helpful getting all about settled for departure! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Finding it difficult because our GPS had us exit one stop being 100! Many businesses around it also because it sets off mail road. A minor thing!

I always try to stay here when I visit Columbus and have always had a great experience. Great value!! Quiet and comfortable.

This visit was a little different, there was some very loud people going down the halls early in the morning, around 2:00 am. The phone kept ringing around 5:00, picked up and there was no one on the line, it did this three times. Very unusual for this location.
