Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Grove City

Breakfast was adequate and always restocked. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. My boyfriend's 7 year old bounced his small basketball too high and it got stuck on the roof to one of the entrances and the receptionist got it down for us. We were very grateful for the random act of kindness.

Highway noise is a bit loud but that's to be expected from any of the hotels in that location.

The room was well planned out. I liked the extra hooks on the wall. It was a very busy sports weekend. I liked that the hotel allowed the kids to gather in the breakfast aread to have pizza and visit at night. (we didn't have any kids with us) We enjoyed seeing the kids have fun and they were quiet at an appropriate time.

Not enough coffee choices and it wasn't available all day. Needed some creamer choices. It was a super busy weekend so maybe it was just because it was busy.

It was very complete for all different types of people…people who wanted a full hot breakfast, for those watching their weight, for those who like a lighter breakfast and for kids who enjoy pancakes, muffins, or waffles! And of course coffee!

Ourroom was beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillow. It was a bit firm for me.

The beds were comfortable. The room was very nice. The bathroom already had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower that had a lavender scent. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and an everything bagel that I had that were good. The place was very nice and clean.

Loud people talking in the hallway and going up and down the stairs.

Breakfast was wonderful, the hostess did a terrific job. The front desk person at check in and check out were both very pleasant.

Our shower head had a leak and sprayed out in to the bathroom. It soaked the floor in the bathroom and hallway before we noticed. We were lucky not to slip and fall. I did tell our front desk person at check-out and he was more than helpful. He even reduced our bill. He was very helpful and polite.

Breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. After we checked in we couldn't get our TV to work. The staff was very prompt to respond to our call. Turns out the batteries in the remote were dead.

The workers are very nice and polite well-mannered and the rooms were great look good when I got in here and everything and it will record that we find a discount

Everything meet my standards and was clean and didn't have a problem with staff for getting a room everything was ready for us and like I said we had no trouble so I don't think anything else you needed to be done honestly

The facility was clean as usual. That's why I always try to book with Fairfield Inn. Every staff member we came into contact with was friendly, especially Grace, who took care of our checkout.

That my stay wasn't longer.

I left a few things in my room by accident and they called me and asked if wanted them to hold it incase I had a chance to come back. I never had anyone call me about items left in a room. That was wonderful.

Breakfast was fine, but the cleanliness of the dining area was excellent. Obviously the facility was either new or totally renovated and very clean.

Wasn't crazy about the pillows, which were generally uncomfortable.
