Very nice, clean, modernized hotel spaces. I only stayed for one night so I didn't look at the pool or anything beyond the basics. You get a keycard to access the gated parking lot, easy in and out. The onsite restaurant is where the breakfast is served buffet style. Its not like a holiday inn express continental breakfast though, this is genuinely good breakfast food for literally zero dollars. Overall a very decent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again.

The one thing I didn't care for was our check-in time. We were on paper to check in at 3pm, but arrived around 2:45 and told we would have to wait until 3. Not really much of a complaint, but it would have been better if we could have just gotten our room key at that moment.

The staff was very friendly! They let me check in ahead of my expected arrival time. The staff working the burger theory attached recommended some places in the area to try out as well.

If i'm being nitpicky, I couldn't close the bathroom door all the way due to some little sticker tabs that someone had put on the doorframe to hold the door. Not sure if that was the hotel but I couldn't get it to shut in order to lock it.

Front desk was very helpful.

Upon checking in we got a key packet with information stating housekeeping is by request . Dial 0 to request housekeeping the for next day. And check out time was 12pm. Housekeeping used her key without knocking or announce her entrance and entered our room while we were asleep this is like 9am and shortly after around 10:30am she kept knocking nonstop breaking our sleep multiple times.

It was downtown but not busy. Walking distance from Starbucks, which I loved! Everyone was friendly!

The breakfast wasn’t very good. French toast sticks were hard as a rock but we got down there 45 minutes before breakfast was over so maybe they had just been sitting too long? And the fruit was mushy. But the gentleman that waited on us was very very attentive and kind so I wasn’t mad about the breakfast! Lol

The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows that was very nice. The shower was not one of those low flow heads so that was a welcome start to the morning :)

It was really busy at check in and likely expected for game day and some of the front desk staff seemed pretty stressed. It would have been nice to be given details around the breakfast stopping at 10 am, we would have definitely come down for coffee and a light breakfast. Our shower curtain was on one of the beds and not placed on the rod in the batchroom but was easy enough for my husband to place it.

Great staff. Front desk staff were nice. Maintenance person changed a lightbulb for me and was very professional and nice. Everything went smoothly. On-site restaurant was convenient.

I thought there would be a hairdryer. I wasn't able to wash my hair as a result.

The room next to us was being loud at midnight. I called the front desk and they were so kind and made me feel better about calling. The room next to to us quiet the rest of the night.

We tried to check in at 250 and they said no, we have to come back in 20 mins.

Our son has Autism and our daughter was moving in to her dorm at CCAD. Emma at the front desk without hesitation activated our room key to find our son’s lost Jupiter. While I was helping our daughter Emma made sure my son and husband could swim to help our son cope in the new environment. It really helped our family. Grateful for ally’s!

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable & parking was very easily accessible.

Front desk lady was face timing during my entire check in. She was short tempered & quite rude. Whe I reached my room I called down for restaurants that were near the hotel & her response was "theres a list at the desk you can come down & get". I was NOT impressed with the lack of professionalism.
