Our stay was fine. The only problem I had was , I couldn't get the curtain shut so the light kept me awake. And when I took a shower the next morning I stood in water up to my ankles, I reported it to the front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Nobody was at the front desk when I got there to check in, and the phone number on the sign didn't work. I had to start yelling to get the clerk's attention.

Loved the convenience. Lots of stuff right around where I was staying. Staff was WONDERFUL. They were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great as well!!! Sausages are delicious!

Pool was pretty small. Rooms are a bit outdated. My mom had a room on the first floor which was a double. HUGE, absolutely huge. Giant ceilings, nice beds, air flow was better. I had a king room on the third floor. Extremely small, air conditioner seemed to work but the room wouldn’t stay cool (I assume because heat rises), and my bed wasn’t nearly as comfy.

Location was great. Easy access to freeway and restaurants. Breakfast was good, except coffee is terrible.

I thought facilities are as clean as they can be with the exception of the workout room. No hand sanitizer or water.

Overall stay was good. Beds were clean, room was clean.with the exception a snickers wrapper and a McDonald’s cup that was not ours. Location is great with everything around. I would stay again.

Was in a accessible room with my parents and could have used a wand in the shower instead of shower head. Caulking around base if toilet needed to be repaired, was coming off and peeling. Chair height toilets in the accessible rooms would be great.

The hotel met all of my expectations. The only thing that I didn’t like and I understand that it was due to Covid is not being able to have the room cleaned each day and with us being there for days it would’ve been nice to have it cleaned at some point during our stay

Again I understand it was likely due to Covid but in the four days we were there we did not have our room cleaned at all or dirty towels picked up and clean towels brought

The breakfast was very good an the location Was to.lot of food places with a wal mart an Home depot near by.

There wasn't many tv channels.couldn't even Watch the super bowl.

Check in was quick and easy, breakfast was good

The smell of cleaning products was a little strong, but at least I knew it was clean

No parking one night during our stay had to park next to sidewalk in front of hotel. Breakfast bar guy was hovering over us and constantly in the way, he turned the lights off in the dining area at 10am with a group of guests there eating breakfast it was insane.

Excellent and a large variety of different items to eat.

There was nothing I disliked at all. I think it's a fabulous place and I will be back.
