Front desk staff were efficient and very helpful. We were upgreaded at no extra charge to a bigger Deluxe King room as we wanted a cot or pullout sofa., Hotel was very busy but quiet at night. Room was large, very clean, and bed extremelty comfortable. Loved the roomy bathroom. We had never stayed at a Drury and were pleasantly surprised by the happy hour with food and drinks. Due to our activiites we were not able to take full advantage of it but such A great idea and very popular. Drink was great, with very friendly and helpful attendant Breakfast was great, large selection of choices. Enjoyed our meal very much. Overall we were very pleased and would definitley stay there again. One complaint is the number of smokers right outside of the front door, unpleasant for those of us who do not smoke and are bothered by smoke. Perhaps a designed area away from an entrance could be available? Sm

It would have been nice if fire place worked. Nice sitting area tho. It would be nice to have some authority monitoring the pool and hot tub area. We stayed for Valentines as a couple. The children we unruly. We could not get in pool or hot tub due to kids overload. They said it was birthday party but some come from out side and went in party. Not all we’re staying there. Therefore, the ones paying could not use the amenities. In addition, the kids stayed on the elevators. The dinner was hardly warm. The breakfast gravy was only Luke warm.

Fabulous stay. Everything is impeccably clean. It has all needs met, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker in the room. Although it took me a moment to find the refrigerator and microwave, they are camouflage as furniture. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool, it was large and clean and no one was in it. The rooms are decorated in calming colors, unlike some other chain hotels we have stayed at. I liked having the option of having a bath as well as a shower. And I want their bathroom tile floor, beautiful. The breakfast was very clean and well serviced with lots of choices to include two types of scrambled eggs, one had bacon and cheese scrambled with it. At breakfast the manager personally came to our table to ask if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. I told him I really appreciate having the salsa and cheese to dress up the eggs because having celiac I am limited on breakfast choices at the hotels and usually eating eggs, fruit and/or yogurt EVERY morning. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

The breakfast was great. Mary was so sweet awesome customer service. She worked front desk, bartender, cook, cleaning and it was busy but she kept her smile. She's the MVP. She needs a raise or a huge bonus. Thank you Mary for your welcome.💜

Well Mary should train the evening shift front desk employees about customer service...because they wasn't friendly at all. We were trying to buy snacks and no one helped us. So we just went to Mary and she took care of us.

Excellent additional things to make a trip more comfortable. We were not back in time for the daily happy hour but free beer is an excellent perk. Plus pop corn, free vend soda in the evening, and sometimes free hot dinner items. Breakfast was basic but all that you need, staff were friendly and helpful. swimming pool and business area with computers. shower hot and powerful. Very good BBQ style restaurant a 50 yard walk across the parking lot.

some decor is a little dated but overall homely. Take your own cutlery if you don’t like plastic waste.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The best part about my stays are the 5:30pm kickbacks! The drinks and atmosphere are such a vibe! It’s also located in an excellent spot. Plenty of areas to eat and shop! And as an added bonus there is a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel. Will be back very soon! 10/10 Highly Recommended!!!

Everything! Amazingly friendly staff at check-in. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed! Clean pool area. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Staff mixing drinks had great personality and recommendations! The assistant GM was helping out by cleaning tables and checking on guests both nights during dinner. We never walked passed any employee who didn't inquire about how we were doing or if we needed anything!

We arrived at 5:45 pm after traveling by car for over 9 hrs. We were delighted to find that Dinner served from 5:30-7 pm was Free, included in the cost of our room, plus 3 free alcoholic beverages per adult. We actually had dinner before going up to our room. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and interacted with our special needs daughter. Room was fantastic and beds were incredibly comfortable. My wife has fibromyalgia and she was ache free in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus cereals, and make your own waffles. FANTASTIC!!

The motel was a great place. I just wish it had more parking. Breakfast was great and the people working for you was fantastic. We’ll stay again.

I would like for you to bring back the old fashion 800 number for making reservations not do a third-party (booking.COM)but do your own individual employees.That would make my day please think of the employees bring back the regular 800 reservation number for across the country. We don’t need a third party……

We almost always stay at a Drury when we travel, and they’ve all always been great, but this one is exceptionally great! Freida at the front desk is SO friendly. She even wrote me out a birthday card and slipped it under our door the day we checked in because we talked about why I was traveling and I told her for my birthday. She also ran into us the following day and asked how our dinner was. She remembered details of where we were going. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice and clean. The 5:30-7:00 Kickback is a really nice touch that we’ve never had the time to check out at any of our other hotels before but did this time. They serve a full meal and tons of snacks and drinks for free. Their free margaritas are as great as any I’ve ever paid for. Texas Roadhouse and Bob Evans are both next door, so we walked to Roadhouse for dinner one night. I definitely highly recommend this hotel!
