Comfort Inn

It was a good location , easy to access , close to I 77. However it recently changed to a Comfort Inn with partial signage indicating so,so be aware when looking for it as a Hampton Inn! It has signage for both, a little confusing! Our room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed. They provided a basic breakfast in lobby which we find very convenient .

It was definitely a little dated looking ,could use some renovation.It’s not as new & upscale as most Hampton Inns I stay at. The pool area was not very attractive, the pool looked to need painting & renovations.We normally do use the pool , but did not at this location, basically due to we were busy with family visits.

Breakfast and coffee was great.

The workout room was too hot. The pool wasn't heated and was very cold.

Fine. Grab and go because of Covid-19. Coffee acceptable. Nice space but not wanting to hang out under the circumstances

Even without Covid-19, the place is not just old but a little sad. Honestly, it's just a roadside motel by the highway, just what we wanted. Lots of window dressing to try to look slightly upscale but not really succeeding at that. Ruts in the parking lot, for example. Super convenient and comfortable but not for you if you're seeking charm.

It was clean, not too close to city but close enough for things we wanted/needed.

That I could not get a printed receipt upon checking out! I use booking.com for all my reservations. I have ALWAYS been able to obtain a printed receipt on check out. The person at the front desk when I checked out said he wasn’t able to and refused to even ask how he could get me my receipt printed. He even went as far as to tell me it’s because I used booking.com which so knew was a lie. When I expressed I always obtain one even though it’s booking.com he just refused to print me one.

Location, space, temperature, quiet and comfort.

Toilet in Room 213 was loose from the floor, and toilet seat itself was also loose and moved side to side. Informed (elderly) front desk clerk, and she showed no concern at all. In addition, Room 213 was booked as a Handicap room, and was marked as a Handicap room, but she argued that it wasn't a Handicap room. The toilet will be dangerous for anyone even if they are not handicapped.

It's in a safe area, clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew are very nice.

I didn't like the receptionist who checked us in she's not nice and looks and sounds mean.

It was very nice place to stay. Great breakfast.

I was on the 2nd floor and around 9pm both nights, it sounded like a herd of elephants walking around on the 3rd floor. Eventually they would calm down.

The beds were comfortable and the room was mostly clean (some dirt on the floor.) The room was bigger than expected.

I didn’t feel like the hotel was secure because the back door did not require a key card for entry. The breakfast had fewer selections than most.

The staff was very friendly

There is no breakfast even though it stated there was on the Booking.com site. Also it is right across the street from the airport so be ready to hear planes taking off in the early morning.

Courteous staff, good selection at breakfast, clean and safe premises. Mexican restaurant next door is really good and convenient.

Bed and pillows were a bit too soft, toilet was EXTREMELY loud, water tasted bad.
