Great location to everything especially Kings island which is where we went while staying in the area! Bed was very comfortable! Clean room and facilities!

Our room had a giant open space ? No table on other side of bed or charge ports for devices, be much more convenient! Needs updating some! Great customer desk service!

The property is clean and up to date for my expectations. The reviews scared us a little , but this is not the plaza hotel. Exceptional quality and value for the price.

Breakfast could use a waffle maker and a bit of an upgrade. There was a small odor which went away after ventilating and turning on the A/C

The breakfast was good (biscuits with gravy, juice/water, hot tea, bagels, donuts, waffles, toast, apples), the rooms and linen were clean, the staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking.

Water and hot water weren’t available after the breakfast time.

Everything was fine. The one negative was that the air conditioner was off in the room. The day I stayed the high was 99. That's about the temp in the room. It took almost 2hrs to cool down so I could comfortably sleep. They should at least turn the air on 78 to make it at least manageable when ya walk in and not feel like an oven door

Read the above comment. The air conditioner should be on already when its almost 100 degrees outside

I was very impressed how happy to help and friendly each staff member I had contact with was!

There were a few little things that I’m sure some people would make a big deal about, like a rattley air conditioner, squeaky bathroom door , limited towels. To us, it was worth the money and location! We wouldn’t have changed anything! Thank you!

Location and price fit my budget and needs. Nice location by gas stations and places to eat.

Hotel was under construction..so rooms and hallways had some issues. No water vending machine, just pop. Overall nice place to stay

when I booked I was paying when I got there I received a phone call stating I need to pay now or I my room would be cancelled I’ve stayed on this property a lot I was driving from Georgia to Ohio I didn’t appreciate this I would have called an cancelled myself

It was very close to kings island and it was very easy to check in and out

There was a creepy dude that would roam the lobby I think he was housekeeping but he would stare at everyone

Second time staying here as we have Kings Island season passes but live two hours away. Rooms are nice, clean and basic.

Parking is tough late at night but doable. Our bathroom tile floor was cracked which made it hard for the door to open all the way. We put a towel down so we wouldn’t get cut.

Clean comfortable rooms. The pool wasn't as cold as it has been.

We stayed last September and they had breakfast. but this visit, they had a sign saying no breakfast due to covid. with several bed frames and mattresses in that area.
