Comfort Suites was really comfortable and a great affordable stay for someone wanting to hang out at Kings Island theme park. Was close by to heaps of different food options and had great services on the property as well. I had a really great time there!

The only thing was that the property was close, but there really isn’t a pedestrian entrance for anyone wanting to walk to the park from Comfort Suites so I had to rely a lot on ride shares. I wish there was maybe a shuttle service for the hotel to be able to make it easier for guests like myself who don’t have a car. But this is only a very very small issue.

It was affordable and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms were pretty clean. You could tell that housekeeping doesn’t check under the mattress when they clean tho. Because every hotel we go to we check for bed bugs. Thankfully, there wasn’t any bugs but when we raised the mattress up, there was a old cheese sandwich stuck under the mattress. We got in late and went ahead and stayed there. More than likely it was prob a kid hiding food from their parent. But imo housekeeping should always raise the mattress up and check before cleaning.

It was really easy to get in and out. Staff was friendly. Quiet hotel. Good coffee in the lobby.

Pool water did not seem to be clean. Our three kids did still swim and enjoy themselves but it almost looked sandy all over the bottom. Not great. The room was fine. The beds were clean and so was the sofa bed. However, the toilet was gross. There was pee around the base of it that was not properly cleaned from previous guests. Thankfully the rest of the room was clean so honestly, this was not worst that could come from a spur of the moment booking.

When I arrived the hotel had not been given my reservation information from booking.com. I tried the booking.com chat and received no response. I emailed booking.com almost a week ago and they have not responded. I was fortunate the hotel had rooms and I was able to book one on the spot. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. I will not use booking.com in the future. I was surprised to receive this survey when registering through booking.com did not work.

Rooms were Huge, we were able to move around inside the rooms with no problems, and the staff did a great job combing our family together with door-to-door rooms. Tv was Large, which is good since I have bad eyes... Very quiet area I enjoyed that the best.. AC unit worked great.

Pool was a small size

We stayed here on our visit to King’s Island. The location couldn’t be better with King’s Island a mere 5 minute drive away. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, but it was good and free :) We will stay here again on our next visit to KI.

The size of the room was great. We also loved how close it was to kings island. The pool was open and ready for use and there was a decent continental breakfast.

The cloth shower curtain was a bit dingy. The TV was small, so the other person using the sofa bed couldn't see it well and the USB socket / power outlets were loose (by the bed) so they didn't work properly.

Perfect location near Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge! Shopping and restaurants are also close by. Easy check-in & out. The room was clean. Pool was small but our kids loved it! Basic breakfast provided. Hotel employees were all helpful with anything we needed. Overall great stay!

Most aspects. They have a decent selection for breakfast/ it was included in the rate. The location is fantastic for visiting kings island!

Pool is small. The way in and out of the building is limited and if you stay on one of the upper floors it is kind of a hike to get to them. The breakfast area is kind of small for the amount of people trying to get breakfast in the morning. There were only about 10 tables and all of them were taken.

Breakfast was hot and tasted great.

Could have added more options. Had the same thing 3 days straight
