Great Wolf Lodge - Cincinatti / Mason OH

Everything we needed was on the property! they have 3 restaurants: perfect if you want to grab a pizza for the water park, sit down if you feel fancy, &’ Donuts for morning iced coffee before you go back in the water park. as far as entertainment, the water park has separate pools for toddler to school age kids, life vests available, and big slides for tweens and teens to have fun too. The arcade is fun for the whole family and has a mini bowling alley inside! Make sure you purchase arcade cards for the kids first. there is a build a bear next to the swim shop, gift shop and don’t forget your complimentary wolf ears ! This location is right next door to Kings island and we got to watch fireworks right from outside of our room ( we stayed on the weekend of 7/4/22)

we stayed in room 1007, far walk from room to hotel activities in the main lobby. if you require a cane, walker, even a wheelchair bring it. My Apple Watch said 5,009 steps the first day!

Lots of activities for toddlers and older kids but so much for the little ones

Indoor water park is very small compared to other water parks. Plus the lifeguards couldn't agree on the terms on who rides the slides. We asked 2 other lifeguards if it's safe to ride slide with my 3 year old as she was scared, both of the lifeguards said "yes" but when we went down the slide another lifeguard come down hard on us for sliding with my 3 year old. After we explained that it was approved by 2 other lifeguards he didn't seem to care but to state his frustration with people not listening and not following the rules.

The size of the room. Perfect cold temperature for sleeping.

No shuttle to the tennis tournament. No swim time for adults after a long day watching tennis. There should be a separate room cost for people that aren't using the facilities and are there for other reasons. We stayed here because all the hotels closer to the tournament were booked.

I like that your key to the door is in your wristband, didn’t have to keep up with a key or card. I liked that you could use the water park all day.I liked that you could bring in your own food to eat and not have to buy the food on site.( too expansive)

The walk to and from the water park, our room was on the other side of the lodge, long walk!

it was a lot of fun in the swim area!

it was very expensive to stay at and to eat at the facility, it was very expensive and any additional activities at the lodge were very expensive.

I liked being able to stay and play in the same area.

I didn't like how the hotel was one room instead of a sitting area and sleeping area.

Room was a nice size and comfortable.

There were stains on the sheets as if they hadn't been changed. Totally gross.
