Everything was clean and comfortable

Went down for breakfast around 7.45 half of stuff were empty asked the lady for waffle mix she gave me a look like she didn't want to help No eggs no sandwiches And around 8.30 she started to close the curtains and packing everything away People were still coming for breakfast but she didn't care Even coffee was empty and had to ask her to make more Felt uncomfortable to ask her she wasn't pleasant at all

The breakfast had all the basics to get you going . The staff very attentive and provided assistance very pleasant. It was great to see the lobby provided space for meetups, games and a fire pit outside was an excellent feature. I don't enjoy staying in the rooms unless for sleeping, having a patio like setup was great for me to sit and enjoy the weather.

Excellent stay! Loved that the hotel has a great breakfast! The hotel is pet and family friendly which is a huge plus. There’s a nice kitchenette with dishes, a dishwasher and a nice size fridge. There’s also a pool and lots of outdoor seating. Loved our stay here!

.We were selling our house and had to stay at a local hotel. We choose this one as it's dog friendly. The front desk staff, in particular, Andrea, was 100% proactive customer service, something you just don't find very often these days. 100% easy check in, she helped me cause I was juggling rollater (handi cap) dog and suitcases. The room kitchen! Nice surprise.

Room size, comfortable bed, big bathroom, closet, nice view, kitchen was nice and big, decor was cool.

Heard the people above us. I requested top floor quiet area, it was accepted and was still given 3rd floor instead of 4th. Tv remotes are either dying or just really old. Elevator seemed a bit jenky.

This is a great hotel. Very good facilities at a very good price. Whereas a lot of hotels are using the excuse of covid to cheapskate on cleaning, this hotel doesn't. Good selection at breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

Was functional, comfortable and quiet. For the price, that's a LOT of space, and everything we could possibly need for an overnight. Downtown Cleveland is an easy drive, so it was handy for what we needed to do. The staff that we encountered were very nice, friendly & professional.

I am VERY picky about "clean". Was it clean? Definitely. Was it *exceptionally* clean? Well, no, especially for a property that new. (There was a hair in the shower, a piece of lint near the bed, and a streak of dried mascara in the bathroom sink.) Not necessarily a problem, just a thing I noticed.

Our visit to the Cleveland Clinic finished early so we decided to head home, but they would not credit us out last night or even offer a discount. The reason for our visit wasn’t a fun one, but to have to spend extra money was a harsh one.

Everything is perfect as always! We visit here every year and staff breakfast and rooms are always great

My grandson loved that the pool was open this year and he loved the weight room

Location was excellent. The rooms were very nice size, comfortable, clean, quiet. We loved the accommodations in the room. The staff was very polite and friendly and the facility was very clean.

The only negative thing I can say was the water pressure at the shower was very low. Other than that everything else was great
