Good price, reasonably quiet. Staff polite, attentive and helpful. Large new Kroger store within a mile.and chain eating places nearby.

Breakfast was severely lacking. The same few choices every day. (We stayed one week.) No fresh fruit on some days and only other choices were depleted some mornings, even though there was still an hour left. Pool was closed almost our entire stay. Had trouble with our door staying locked but staff fixed it by the next day.

breakfast was decent. Sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, OJ / coffee. It did need to be restocked with more frequency as the hotel has many construction workers and tradespeople that all leave for work at the same time. They pretty much descend on it like locusts and clean the place out.

I left before breakfast. I almost did not stay at this location because of the reviews. However, I found that my room was very clean, linens, fresh, floors clean, and was not filled with unpleasant odors! I stayed at a Choice hotel in southeast Cincinnatii the night before that was not any better. And saved at least 20% in the process. The room was large, and quiet!

We arrived late around 11pm with our 4 kids after travelling all day and after midnight we realized we didnt have any milk for our toddler but the front desk worker got right up and was able to get milk for us so we didn't have to venture out to find some! Thank you!

We were only there one night, after we fled a hotel in Seeman, OH at 11:00pm. We were able to book a room and check in in less than an hour. Rooms were luxurious, and the area was well situated near the highway and several restaurants

we’ve stayed here 3x now, we have family close to there who we enjoy visiting . we drive almost 5 hours n this hotel goes above and beyond! always clean very accommodating to our needs with our 3 children! always restocking our towels and cleaning the floors! we will stay here forever!

we’d love to see breakfast come back! would make it so much easier to feed our children! :)

The location and scenery

The breakfast was not always available during the time it was supposed to be served. The young man at the desk was asleep every morning when you needed him

The pool was nice and deep, and the staff was really nice, super comfy pillows, yummy pancakes

Booking.com gave me hell trying to cancel this stay, which was ridiculous, so I couldn't cancel,but that was the fault of booking.com the hotel was lovely.

The room was very clean when we arrived, and the tv and appliances were working perfectly. The shower and toilet worked well as well. The bed was also well made.

There was nothing in particular I didn't like.

Loved the jacuzzi room but the one jacuzzi room with the carpet is way better than the one with the wood floor

Restrooms open in pool area, the one side of the building is all construction workers and they leave nails and stuff all over the ground. One morning we had a flat tire before we left for work and it was a mail that we had ran over in your parking lot. Clean up parking lot
