Nice location next to water, and to watch the sunset from our room or the pool. Breakfast was stocked and adequate, and keurig in the room Pool was decent temp and pretty with the skylights.

would appreciate if a hotel attendant checked the pool every so often. while we were there over 2 hours, men had inappropriate music cranked and were vaping in the hot tub making it so that families felt awkward and could not be in there. I would maybe understand more in the summer, but it was a Tuesday during spring break for families.

I really liked that my check in was confirmed and easy,. Our room was very nice and clean. One of the added perks was the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Another thing about the tub and shower I really liked was being able to get in and out of the tub . When you have different health issues something like this means a lot. The breakfast was Great had a couple of different hot or cold options to choose from. The pancake maker was awesome. The light fixture in the bathroom didn't work and the phone didn't either they fixed both of them right away. The pool area was nice and clean and the Jacuzzi was EVERYTHING. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The hotel is very close to a McDonald's Taco Bell, other pizza/bars and Walmart , Me my sister and nephew felt safe and enjoyed our stay there. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

Valarie, the front desk receptionist, is the best part of the hotel. She is very knowledgeable about the area and so willing to share her knowledge. Her kindness and helpful attitude made our stay so much better. She was just so pleasant during our stay at your hotel. The other thing that I am grateful for is that I didn't have a problem having to hear other guests through my wall nor did they hear me. I had kids with me and no noise complaints!

I didn't like the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. I'm not sure if it is normal business to go 3 or 4 days without housekeeping or if is due to staff shortages but it would have been nice to come back from a day of site seeing to a refreshed room with clean towels, more cups and more hygiene. Instead we had to request the items from the front desk. Also, I indicated that we were traveling with a handicapped family member and needed the rooms to be together. I loved that the rooms were adjoining however it would have been better to have had a handicap accessible room as well.

Hotel was great! Located two miles away from the Miller Ferry. Valerie at the front desk was AMAZING she helped us switch rooms because our deadbolt lock was not working. Breakfast was good, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and other options. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower water pressure was AWESOME. Best pressure I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice! I would stay again for sure.

There was rust all over the bathroom door hinges and like build up on the shower head.

Impressed with the variety offered at breakfast. Very clean and kept area. The pool and hot tub were above average ! Staff was polite and very helpful. Impressed with stay overall.

The mattress was in need of upgrade. If the mattress would of been good it would of made it a perfect stay. Unable to sleep due to poor mattress.

Not clean behind beds, floor in pool room was very slippery, breakfast options (waffles) removed over an hour before end of breakfast, smart TV/ options to sign into streaming accounts not available, overpriced

Clean rooms and nice beds. The hotel was fully booked but you couldn't tell. Great breakfast in the morning. It's a pretty easy drive to Cedar Point.

Lots of bugs outside the hotel, like everywhere. Also the pool was good but in rough shape cut my foot and very slippery deck.

The breakfast was ok, It would have been better if they had eggs. the pool was great, The bathroom needs some work, tiles were broken, the door wouldn't open all the way and the toilet is in a bad spot, as soon as you open the door its in the way. The beds were very comfortable.

It was a lot nicer then I expected it was decorated nicely and the pool area was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that check in was 18 and up It was the only hotel I could find that wasn’t 21+ booking.

the bath room was way to small only one person could be there at a time and the bed was smaller then a queen it seemed.

The bedroom kitchenette floors and bathroom floors in the actual suite needed to be cleaned properly/ better. It was easy to see that the bedroom floors were not wiped.
