The staff was really friendly and serviceable even at late hours of the night. It's also the closest hotel to the Kalahari Resort, only being 20 minutes away by walking. The breakfast was really nice, despite having limited options.

The orange juice machine had fruit flies, so it needs to be cleaned more often. I wish there were more breakfast options for protein.

Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was at a nice temperature.

Pool was dirty. There were clumps of hair lying around, food with ants around the pool. The pool water was super cloudy. There was an odor when you first came into our room that began on day 2 that smelled like something was rotting. It was so bad that a couple of times I about vomited.

It was comfortable and had good amenities. Breakfast was not bad

The tub had a chunk missing from the bottom so it looked unclean and was uncomfortable if you stepped in that spot. The floors may not have been vacuumed because there were mustard packets on the floor under the desk when I got into the room

The hotel was nice, clean, and met our needs well! The staff were very friendly! Hotel room was clean and well kept. It was conveniently located to restaurants and downtown (waterfront) was only about 10 minutes. I would stay here again for sure!!

First night- we stayed right by the exterior hall door. Which was very convenient for us, but people were coming in and out at 2-3am and slamming the door. but it was only on the first night. That was NOT the hotels fault though! I would still recommend this hotel!

Close to Cedar Point. Reasonably priced.

Very humid in the room, breakfast was very basic and the space was too small for the amount of people trying to get food, and bathroom vent was so loud yet you had to have it on if you wanted light in the bathroom.

Great breakfast, clean great rooms, good value. Staff was excellent. Location was great.

everything was great except the toilet and sink was way too low. Not sure why, never been to a place that was so low.

property was very nice and also very clean for the price! we checked in around 3:30 and the lady at the desk was very nice to me and my family very sweet women!

we were there for a competition and the front desk staff in the morning was very rude when called in for a late check out she hung up on me! very rude.

Breakfast area very tight for the weekend crowd. Breakfast OK only one dining attendant., foods and supplies ran out and had to wait to be replenished. Bedspreads should be replaced.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was clean and the free breakfast was alright. It was only 15 minutes from cedar point and 25 from cedar shores which was nice.

The room did feel little humid which caused it to have an small smell but it wasnt bad at all. The ice machine wasn't working but it was okay because they provided cold water at the front desk.

The hotel was very clean feeling. Loved the pillows on the beds. We are season pass holders for Cedar Point and we needed a place to stay for one night so we could go to the park for two days. This hotel is located about 15 minutes from the park. Lots of food options around. It was important for us to find a hotel with an indoor pool, since our stay was out of season but our kids love swimming. It’s actually not as easy as you’d think to find an indoor pool in this area. This pool was simple, but clean and open until 11pm! The breakfast was great! Definitely would stay here again.
