The breakfast was good, but I think they’re could’ve been a little bit more in terms of selection. The location was good. Everything was easily accessible when I needed to go somewhere, especially Cedar Point. I was very impressed with the location of this hotel

The Wi-Fi, was the only issue I had. The reason for that is the internet disconnected on me a few times including checking in, but that was resolved fairly quickly. One other thing is the selection of breakfast items. The breakfast was still good, but I think selection was a bit on the low side

There’s so many things I love about this hotel. It’s affordable, it’s comfortable, it’s clean, it’s safe, and the staff are SO nice. The location is perfect, too; close to everything, but just south of the traffic and noise. It’s my preferred choice every time I visit Sandusky.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold foods to suite every palate, though I ate very little of it because I prefer organic, grass-fed, non-gmo alternatives. I brought my own food, however I did use their toaster and ate in the dining room, which was very clean and comfortable.

Dillon at the front desk and Holly, the manager, were so helpful, happy, and friendly. The hotel is pretty nice for a "lower" level price point. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the juice was not watered down. They have coffee always on hand that takes about 30 seconds to make. The breakfast worker was also wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I slept very well. I will stay there again.

The pool is not heated, so it was too cold for me (Sept. 12th)

We were given a handicap room. Although none of us are handicapped, I was impressed with the size and accessibility of the room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfection

My only complaint is the breakfast. Very few options available. Most hotels offer eggs, sausage or bacon with their free continental breakfast. All they offered was waffles, toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt. With only 2 waffle makers the wait time was pretty long

The breakfast was good and the building is secure. It was clean and decently comfortable for the price. Staff was nice.

The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working and the door kept jamming up and locking while trying to close it behind me (lock got in the way of closing it fully so I had to fiddle with it for a bit to close it). Pillows were squishy so double up.

Hotel's indoor swimming pool was closed for maintainence. Location is great, close to stores, restaurants and the Interstate. The complimentary breakfast included Hot waffles, scrambled eggs and sausauge which was a nice surprise.

Bathrooms could use updating but its clean and plenty of towels provided. No hairdryer was found. Price per night is fair but less expensive options are available.

Need USB ports no carries plug in chargers, couldn't charge my phone. tv channel guide would be helpful. Was charged 100 for incidental charges before I even left, working on getting that refunded. When cheet competitons are in your area breakfast needs to be an hour earlier. No one was able to eat. Had to be there by 6:30/7:00. Might check with Kalahari for next year schedule.

The room was updated and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had good variety. Common areas (elevator, halls) were kept clean.

Our room smelled a little funky. I had to wipe down the TV remote because there was dried food on it. Found a few candy wrappers left from previous guest. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Furnishings were perfect. Bathrooms great Shower shampoo/body wash was a novel addition👍🏻

It was fine but I’m always at odds with the industry standard checkout time as I didn’t get there until after 2200 I wish I could have slept in a bit longer. The room phone was broken.

The staff was really friendly and serviceable even at late hours of the night. It's also the closest hotel to the Kalahari Resort, only being 20 minutes away by walking. The breakfast was really nice, despite having limited options.

The orange juice machine had fruit flies, so it needs to be cleaned more often. I wish there were more breakfast options for protein.
