Conveniently located, clean, spacious. I appreciate having freshly cooked food for my meals on site. It’s the service really-everyone from the front desk staff to the cook and servers, and the housekeepers were efficient, knowledgeable, cheerful and courteous. This service has been consistent through several stays. I have stayed at several different facilities in the Hilton chain, in different cities.

Pricey considering that it was off-season.

In-room jaquzzi tub was amazing! Felt clean, worked great. The shower was nice too, big.

Could hear people in the hallway VERY WELL and wondered how well they could hear us. Wish the communication on checkout times, restaurant menus, etc, was more robust. Once I left the front desk, it was impossible to find out when checkout was or what the restaurant served, when it closed, etc.

It was very close to all of the food places and also our shuttle destination for the ducks game.

I'm surprised that considering they charge twice as much as the hotels around them that they couldn't throw in a free breakfast. We paid over 200.00 per night, and the quality Inn which is right next door, ( which I wasn't aware of when I booked), is 109.00 per night with free breakfast. I kind of expected more amenities from a hilton. We stayed 2 nights and they gave us enough coffee for one night. They don't clean the rooms every day which is fine, but you don't get things replaced like you would otherwise. I guess I could have asked but I just expected more from a Hilton. Other then that, it was a nice hotel, but just average. We will stay elsewhere the next time though.

Easy check in and check out. It was quiet and clean. This visit worked well because my husband and I were in Springfield to receive an intensive cancer treatment for him. This treatment was from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. The check out time for the Hilton was very convenient. It allowed us to return to the room, pack our items and leave without rushing. That was very helpful for us on this trip.

On this visit I was charged twice for the room, and I still have to address this issue with the booking organization and the Hilton billing department.

Room could use some updatjng for the orice. Has not changed from out first stay years ago Traffic is loud on the roadside rooms.

Location was very convenient to I-5 and many restaurants in the area. Friendly, helpful staff.

Looked like outside maintenance needed help. Cobwebs all around side doors. Water pressure in showers need regulated better so one can adjust the temperature at low water flow then increase volume as needed. Difficult to regulate water temp when it is coming out full-blast and filling the tub too quick for the drain to handle.

for the price of the room breakfast should have been included in the price .. Our coffee maker didn't work they brought us another one it worked twice couldn't get it to work.. we were not the only ones with coffee pot troubles.. Your staff was very nice and helpful.. very friendly

A good overnight stay in Eugene. Room was spacious and well appointed. A few misses but overall it was comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location off the highway and quick trip into downtown where we found some excellent eateries and places to explore.

Bathroom had not been fully cleaned Stains on carpet and sitting chair Curtain was torn and hanging Light over bedside table was out Room needed a little TLC.

Staff at check in were very nice and helpful. I appreciated the fact that they had a toothbrush for me as I forgot mine.
