Hampton Inn & Suites Tigard

The location is very convenient to getting on and off the freeway and close to all kinds of amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is feels newer and a great deal!

A lot of the common areas didn’t seem to be cleaned frequently. The elevator floors were always dirty. The pool area wasn’t cleaned once in the entire week of our stay. Pool was also frequently out of clean towels. Experienced some rowdy guests during quiet hours a few nights during our stay, likely teenagers, due to the numerous sports tournaments in the area that families were staying for. Parking becomes hard to come by after 7pm.

I love the location of this particular Inn it was in walking distant of Walmart but seemed like it was pushed back in the green forest like best of both worlds, such a safe feeling location and great parking lot for your vehicle. The staff especially a very nice blonde gal that is there in the evenings was so nice and helpful and very welcoming. The Hotel is beautiful,the room I got was a King with Sofa bed, and it was spacious and comfortable.The breakfast was great Saturday morning was the best breakfast wise, we liked that it wasn’t the same everyday. The pool was great and hot Tub relaxing, the gym was fabulous all around I loved it and will definitely return. The great staff really made the stay great so thank you !

There was a slight smell entering the room that was noticeable to all of us, some febreze would have helped.

My family appreciated the courtesy of Noah at the front desk on 7/22. Another property had turned us loose without the room we booked 20 days prior and pre-paid for. Not only did they not inform me that they did not have a room ready for us, it happened to be Taylor Swift mania in Seattle. There were no rooms available last minute online for a two hundred mile radius. We had no choice but to go hotel to hotel hoping to find a cancellation we could take. I happened into your hotel at a good moment for Noah. He said that he did, in fact, have a couple of cancellations, but as he was the only one at the front desk, he asked for my patience while he took care of the craziness around him and that he would help me as soon as possible. He then proceeded to deal with every issue known to man (or at least every front desk employee) including being yelled at for things outside of his control. He truly did his best to meet every guest's needs. After watching him juggle, he called me over and helped us out. We were thankful and still are very appreciative. He should earn a gold star.

Clean hotel, very nice staff, and the beds were comfortable. Shower and towels were nice.

The walls were *very* thin and we heard too much from the people staying next door! yikes. The breakfast is really meh. There is the standard continental breakfast things and waffles and some bacon. Nothing to write home about, but it is free… Coffee is really bad- you would think that with all the amazing coffee roasters in Portland, the hotel could serve some decent local coffee… but they served something else which was watery and sad. There is hot water for tea and honey which is nice.

Clean rooms, the breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast! The food was hot and fresh and the employees really worked hard to keep it filled for the guests. I didn’t get her name but there was an employee who worked in the morning during breakfast and she was so helpful and brought out more food when the eggs were empty. Front desk check in was super easy and the employee was so friendly!

The way the bathroom door closed was not the best, it didn’t close all the way and wasn’t as private as it could’ve been.

The hotel was in a good location it was quiet and secure the staff was very helpful. My TV stopped working first nite and Mandy the front desk lady was great switched us immediately and offered a discount. The location is good no rift raft the room key has to be used to go anywhere in the hotel up the elevator we liked that alot. Pool was great and hot tub relaxing. Breakfast was a good bonus.

The king bed was very high off floor but confortable non the less.

This was our visit at the Hampton Tigard, and it was made fantastic by Tracy. Tracy was one of the most warmest and understanding staff that me and my family have ever met! Tracy went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. Definitely coming back and spreading the word on how fantastic this place is. Also, a big part of our trip was the swimming pool, and Hampton Tigard's swimming pool was the warmest pool we have been to, which was fantastic. And the jacuzzi was great! Really loved our stay here.

We hoped for a bathtub, but that wasn't a huge issue. The shower area was clean and it worked well. No real complaints or suggestions.

The Tv has plenty of streaming networks and regular cable, the internet was also good as well. The staff up front was also very nice. They have a cute sitting area outside, and will come back next time to check out the pool/ hot tub because it looks pretty cool. Nice area as well, it was quiet but also had a shopping center just down the road and dispensary.

There wasn't a grass area to walk my service animal, but they do have bags to pick up the mess at least. I understand most pools have closing times but it would be nice if the service was 24 hours or even if they just closed a little later for those who come in late or super far.

Modern hotel with well-designed bathroom and comfortable beds. (I especially liked the large walk-in shower.) Good breakfast as is usual with Hampton Inns. My room on the side away from I-5 was very quiet.

The location is a bit confusing for Google maps to find, and the two entrances are also confusing. The rear entrance on the street has an unusual arrangements of steps on one side to get down to the entrance, and the steps are not readily apparent. Management should put a colored strip on the steps to warn people about the steps.

suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, the staff was very nice at all times.

The pool area was way too muggy, very hard to breathe. One morning there was still dirty towels all over the floor, hair, trash, and ladies underwear. It was gross, and the evening before, it was well after the pool closed and yet there was a bunch of adults partying inside the pool area. Doesn’t bother me except for the fact the teens wanted to swim too if it was actually supposed to be open and we were told it was closed while looking right at adults partying. During the day families made huge messes and let their kids use squirt guns soaking our stuff and squirting people who clearly didn’t intend on getting wet. I think more supervision in the pool area would make it comfortable for everyone. Paying $600 for a place with a pool and it being dirty and unmanaged was unfortunate.
