The huge queen bed was so soft and it smelled great! Also, the neighbors were pretty quiet and had mini fridge, microwave and plenty of plugs for charging and small appliances. The staff was super friendly and accommodated for every question and concern I had.

The coffee was yhe typical 1 pack of cream and 1 sugar and 1 sweet n low. Just enough sweetness and flavor to make my morning all about how crappy my coffee was when I woke. Other than the coffee....it was great!

The parking was right outside of our door. We called and asked a lower level as we confirmed that didn't have an elevator. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was Amazing! We checked in late with ease. Would stay again next we travel to Portland...thank you even my elderly mom said "don't forget to the hotel a 10"!

No hair dryer, but it was sunny out, and air dry was ok.

Good size room and friendly staff. Coffee, light breakfast in the lobby was good. Got in late, so convenient that a good, late-night Mexican restaurant was across the parking lot (fast food but way better than Taco Bell). Convenient to Lewis & Clark University, where I had an event for my niece’s graduation.

Loved the room everything was great and the staff was awesome. Location was perfect for what I needed and location was quiet with a plaza close by. A mucho gracias open 24 hours next to there and a convenience store open 24 hours on the other side . Bed and pillows so comfortable. Loved the continental breakfast .

This is our go to place when we need to stay in Portland. The price is reasonable for Portland. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. While it's not new or fancy, it has everything I needed except for the hairdryer. Lots of places to eat in the area, easy access to I-5 North and South. Went to the waterfront to the Old Spaghetti Factory on this trip. Easy access to the waterfront and OHSU facilities. Will contine to use when we come to Portland. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can even stay in a room with a small kitchen, we had Christmas there this year. Enjoy!

The location was perfect! We needed to go to OHSU, a d it was just minutes away. Very easy access to I-5, they had a drive through Mexican restaurants across the street that is 24hours and serves excellent food. We are 0lanning to rebook for further appointments at the hospital. The person that checked us in was very nice and friendly.

The beds are ridiculously high.. Not suitable for folks that are short or have any health issues. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We booked the kitchenette room, which was great. Very hard to find one at a reasonable price in Portland. The complaint was that they need to go through their supplies and update. Not enough dinner plates, no forks, not really a functioning kitchen. Luckly our daughter lives close by and brought us the missing items we needed.

The Inn is not new, or fancy, but it's very clean, and comfortable. The area is so quiet we have never been disturbed while staying here. This is our 3rd time staying. Went to the Old Spaghetti Factory on the waterfront on this trip. Beautiful building and looked at the Columbia River while we ate our very excellent food. Easy to get to the waterfront from our room. The taff are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access to I-5, and lots of food choices in the area. This is our go to, when we need to stay in Portland.

I have to commend the front desk staff on their propness on taking of guests needs and friendly aura when you arrive..

the smell when you first enter the room and shower stall needs updating a little. No green bananas for breakfast PLEASE!

Although the facility was great, clean, quiet, etc., and the people working there were really nice, the breakfast was a disappointment. Old bananas, dried up apples, muffins wrapped in plastic, no juice whatsoever. They definitely need to work on their breakfast offerings.

Great bed. Nice and clean. Great AC. Stayed for the heatwave -I live in the neighborhood but don’t have AC. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The sheets aren’t amazing. I realize now a days lots of sheets have polyester in them. These were not crispy cotton. The firm/soft mattress made up for it -very comfortable.
