Close to grocery store and near the lake and trails.

People having loud conversations very late at night to the wee hours of the morning in parking lot. It’s just under windows by the smoking area that can be a problem. Walking by the smoking near the entrance is also no fun for non smokers. Perhaps, the smoking area could be moved across the parking lot away from the buildings windows with a shed for rain. Just a thought 😌

Great location, good service.

One of the travel sites said that there was a pool. There is no pool, nor is the jaccuzzi available (Covid). Due to covid breakfast is not being served.

Price was right did us and our pet. Room wax comfortable. Not too noisy. Helpful staff.

Big hairball in the bed when we turned down the sheets...that was a bit yukky 😝

No food is available at this location. (There was a well stocked vending machine.) McDonalds is next door and Starbucks just across the street. The coffee machine in the room was good. We made use of the hotel laundry which was reasonably priced and worked well.

It’s a pretty decent place. I could see myself staying here again. I liked all the security cameras in the parking lot and a lot safer bc of that.

The toilet was not quite totally cleaned. There was a smudge of something on the seat. Easy to hear other guests.

most things were very good. the room could have been a little cleaner the staff person who we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, also very efficient in the process and instructions

the room needed a little more clean (found a french fry near the bed frame. the other BIG thing was that part of the reason we stayed in your place was that breakfast was included so it felt a little like we paid more than we should have given that was probably about a $20 ish item that we were counting on. we were there for a medical proceedure so not having to think about breakfast was a major consideration for us. We've been to places during Covid where they found ways to make it work.

Extended my stay from 3 to 4 nights after the 2nd night. Clean. Suite with 2 queens very spacious. Room to spread out & relax. Variety of lighting to create different moods. Beds comfortable, bathroom serviceable. Location near several highway crossroads, easy to explore surrounding area. Straight shot access to downtown (on bike)

TV didn’t swivel to accommodate different viewing angles. Extremely minor complaint.

Clean but the second night I ended up having ants at the vanity sink and not because I had food in my room. I was on the second floor and they came in through the wall from below! Also first night the fire alarm went off but no explanation as to false alarm or when able to return to room.

Very clean Hotel. Night staff was excellent, courteous, caring and patient. I cannot say the same for young man in am shift. I would recommend new mattress as the one I had dipped toward the edge! Awful!

Better mattress needed in sweet I stayed. I think it was 207! Training of young man in the AM to be more helpful to seniors. Breakfast was not provided - they said do to Covid!

It’s location is immediately off of the I5. The bed was ok. I stayed for a pretty long time than what is common. Was quiet for the most part. Semi Clean, roomy.

It’s just dated. The walls are relatively thin. Needs updating. Grounds are not kept up. I feel like it should be totally non smoking and at least power wash carpeting.
