Comfort Suites Portland Southwest

Location was central to our needs and friends we were visiting. The room was lovely, clean and well presented and coffee, tea and condiments were appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff meet all our needs.

Nothing - we were extremely happy with everything - thanks to all staff. I brought my husband from Australia to Portland to visit my family and friends who live in Portland. He was very impressed with our stay and we have rebooked for our departure from Portland in 2 and a half weeks. We are definitely coming back. Thank you again for everyone’s effort.

The breakfast room was staffed by a lovely woman who greeted everyone and kept the food offerings and supplies replenished.There was a variety of hot items and cold items each morning, as well as plenty of hot drink and juice options. The indoor pool was large and there was a hot tub - which was perfect for entertaining our five year old grandson.

easy access off I-5; everything appeared to be clean and in working order. breakfast is included; overall value for the price.

had just a few people, non-guests, hanging around the perimeter of the parking lot late in the evening; enhanced security or further restricted access to parking area would be better

It was quiet in our room, and bed was comfortable.

the pool was closed, there was no soda vending machine and the cooler in the lobby didn’t get filled until the day we were leaving, water pressure wasn’t very good.

The breakfast was great. It was available until 10:00am and continuously being restocked. The location was perfect for me, I went to visit family and was only 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The amazing woman who was running the breakfast most days we were there was wonderful! So friendly, helpful, and efficient! Desk people were lovely. Appreciated the all day free coffee! Rooms spacious and comfortable.

It was a great breakfast, the area was perfect close to everything. Kids really enjoyed the pool, and the staff were very pleasant. Super easy check in and fresh baked cookies thru out the day.

The beds were not that comfortable, and the gym could have used more equipment.

Great Location. Clean. Great Breakfast. Awesome pool and a little gym. The check-in staff was so nice and helpful.

The bathroom light in our room did not work very well. We had to move a lamp in there to see better. But it was fine for 1 night.

The staff in the breakfast room was exceptional. She kept on checking to see if guests needed anything else. The fan in the bathroom was not operating.

My room was not attended on Saturday.

The duvet is very very comfortable. The staff helped to change room after request.

The duvet makes me feel hot and hard to sleep. Some rooms are facing towards the main road, it was loud.
