The hotel is just 30 minutes by the Portland red line light rail system from the Airport. The stop at the Convention Centre is just outside the front door of the hotel and the reception staff are very helpful. Our room was on the 13th floor and it was over-looking the whole town and river! The Moda Center for our Rock concert was just a 5 minute walk away or just . 1 stop on the Light Rail. Across from the side entrance of the hotel is a Denny's open from 6 in the Morning until 12 midnight. Also a Burger and pizza shops are on the other 2 corners from the hotel. The hotel has a small shop open from early until late, a bar serving food and drink again past midnight and a breakfast room for $27 a person in the Morning. To go downtown the light rail we get you to most parts of the City and also will stop at Union Station for rail journeys both North and South The day pass is just $5.

The town of Portland has more homeless people then regular folk so take care when walking around but only the odd few are by the hotel in a bus shelter. Trying to get a local taxi is very difficult so use Uber or Lyft, in the 48 hours we spent in town we only ever saw one drive by and are never parked outside the hotel entrance.

The staff at this hotel seem to take real pride in their work, and it shows; they were very friendly and helpful. There was a genuine positive attitude among everyone who worked there. The transit to the airport was perfect too - very convenient to have the rail so close by - and very reasonably priced. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was really good - we didn't mind paying $27 for the quality of this experience, and again, super helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant.

Portland in general is pretty rough... more than we expected. We didn't feel unsafe wandering around, but there were seriously a lot of tent cities pretty much everywhere, garbage, and a lot of people down on their luck. It was uncomfortable and sad. Streets were otherwise eerily quiet in the area of this hotel, and even more so, downtown across the bridges - in the middle of the day on a Thursday and Friday. Where is everybody??

When we got there, the valet lady was clearly over welmed yelling out that there was no more parking. As a paid guest, I didn't not have a parking spot. That is rediculous! Front desk told me I had a city view when I checked in. I did not. It was of the building next to the hotel.

Loved the location, it was perfect for the concert we went to see. The bed was comfortable and the parking felt secure. We didn't have to wait too long to get checked it. Fast & secure elevators!

Valet ran out so we self parked, it was a bit far to walk with items when leaving, homeless on the way back from concert was concerning-that's beyond your control.

Thank you so much for an excellent stay. We were warmly welcomed, checked in with text alert when our room was ready, received extra blankets from friendly staff when requested, the breakfast was outstanding, beautifully arranged and delicious, we were staying for a dance competition and needed a few more minutes to get ready and were allowed to extend our stay for an hour. The parking arrangement worked perfectly for our event at the Convention Center. We will definitely stay here again for future dance competitions.

The hotel was beautiful and central to everything. The staff, especially the general manager was amazing. I liked the rooms and how comfy the space was. I loved my name on the TV. And the male bartender with the dreadlocks was A1!

I did not like that the restaurant was not open for dinner. I did not really like the limited options at the market. Other than that, everything was fine.

The place is new, so it's really clean. Staff was Friendly. Bed was really comfortable. Cleanest shower I've ever experienced at a hotel.

Too expensive and nothing to eat. The market only had healthy food. There was no restaurant and the packaged food in the market was overpriced. A single bag of chips was $4. I went to the espresso bar at the hotel across the street and they had good food. The staff was nice, but uninformed. They did not understand simple questions. When I asked for cleaning wipes and an eye mask. They only brought me the wipes. When I asked for a tea at the coffee bar she gave me a tea bag instead if making me a tea. It was like she forgot she was running a coffee bar. They didn't have water in the lobby. There was more security than costumers. I really wanted to give a good review, but the vibe was not good.

The location it a few steps from moda center. W The staff was very friendly and very informative. In the morning we went to have breakfast and Kevin and the chef received us very friendly they showed us some local sauce to taste and where so attentive. Such a great energy to start the morning We love the wellness center it was very clean.

the hotel is like 4min walk from Moda Center. We chose this hotel for its location since we are going to watch a basketball game that day.

It says on the web that it has swimming pool but they dont have it. So its a bit disappointing because my daughter was looking forward swimming in the hotel.

The Market is a lifesaver but also gets a little old being there a full week. There's lots of other options around, though. I ordered DoorDash and picked it up outside by the valet which was great.

I wish housekeeping came every day, but they come every other day by default I think. That is, I only got housekeeping services once during my stay, where they refilled coffee, etc.
