The women on the desk were so nice! Breakfast was good. The beds were nice and comfortable. We booked a room and booking.com did tell us was book. But there were no rooms. Nice thing is the young woman said I have a one size queen for tonight and get you a bigger room tomorrow. The next day. I told them we didn't need to move to another room with two bed.that. but they had us moved. Now get this i had been to women, and she asked us what made us come to seaside. I explian it was my daughters birthday gift to bring her the ocean! So we came back from the beach and got the keys to the new room. When we came in, they had Balloons all over and cafetti and little pieces of candy, and here are strangers that made my daughter cry. And the kindness was nice. Thank you for what you have done. We plan on doing this again!

I booked the jacuzzi suite for 4 days and it was amazing! The room was very clean and came with a full kitchenette (stove top, fridge and microwave) that was also stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The jacuzzi was perfect and exactly what I was hoping. It was very clean and the jets worked amazingly, the tub can fit two adults. I am also not a skinny woman and my boyfriend and I fit comfortably. View was nice and simple, just a lake and other house but far across the lake so still private if your curtains are open. Breakfast had fresh waffles that is self service, they were very good. Swimming pool looked nice but was busy so we didn’t swim. Flat screen Tv was big and had Roku so we could enjoy our shows at night that we regularly watch at home. I would book this place again! very nice affordable getaway, I got what I need which was relaxation and a nice bath.

I thought it was closer to beach but still very close, it’s a 1-2 minute drive away. I wish they had fresh eggs and more vegetarian options for breakfast.

Michelle, the front desk attendant was extremely sincere and so courteous. She helped not only me, but every guest with the utmost importance. I appreciate her warm heart and honesty. Breakfast was great. Michelle kept the area clean and stocked during the continental breakfast hours.

The pool was being maintained when we arrived, which was out of order. It eventually opened up, but was still pretty chlorinated from the shock treatment. The sauna and hot tub were out of order. There was no blanket for the second bed, and the upstairs guest paced the room all hours of the night and early in the morning.

The staff was great. They made us feel really welcome. Very friendly and helpful in wanting us to feel welcome. I didn't take any pictures but the grounds were okay 👌.

The bed 🛌 was very uncomfortable too 😫 soft. We both woke up in the morning hurting 😩 and achey joints and I woke up with a headache. The bathtub 🛀 you couldn't turn off the shower and run water in the tub. Also the freezer wasn't thawed out. It was full of ice. It needed to be cleaned out ( freezer ). Otherwise everything was great. The bathroom so when a person brings a small rug you can put one in there and open the door. Just need to cut it up a bit.

The hotel was close to everything.

This hotel has potential, but during our stay: - It was a little outdated, but cozy. - The pool was opened, but hot tub was under construction and it looked like the ceiling had a rusted hole in it that wasn’t completed yet, with a piece of the lining of the ceiling hanging down. - For breakfast we thought there was hot breakfast (eggs, sausage links, bacon, etc) based off the picture the hotel has on Booking. It was just waffles, juices n milk, cereal, muffins, bread, bagels, apples. We stayed in Room 313 and we noticed a few things: - TV volume was at 100 (the max) but my phone was way louder than the TV. Can barely hear anything. - The mini fridge had a high pitch ring to it that wouldnt go off. - Shower curtain was ripped on the ends of the shower rings. Needs replacement.

I was able to check in early. The lady in the lobby was super friendly. The room was great! Loved having a couch to sit on. Clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the beach as well, an easy 10 minute walk. Breakfast was decent, the usual fare.

If they could add a few lamps in the room, that would have made it perfect!

Our room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable!! We enjoyed the breakfast. The gravy was so hot and the biscuits were tender. It's always fun to make our own waffle. Our stay was rally nice!

The room next door left their TV on all night. It wasn't too loud but you could still hear it. We didn't call the office and it didn't really keep us awake. We just heard it when we did wake u during the night.

Breakfeast was good except biscuits and gravy weren't that good. Had to wait for a table. I think we just happened to go at a bad time. Overall it was what you would expect. It was just as good as most of the buffe breakfeasts at any of the hotels.

Are stay was good there wasn't anything I was unhappy about. The bed was very comfortable. Sometimes they are not.

The water was really tough to turn on in the shower. Had to call staff for assistance. My son, who has schizophrenia would not take a shower for 2 days because of the broken faucet. I received a 30% discount but it wasn't enough. I was expecting 1 free night stay but didn't want to argue with staff because it wasn't their fault. I would like 1 night free stay, if possible. Thanks for asking.

Is the step was very friendly and they did anything to help us. They won't get over time because to have employees walk off the job. The two employees trying to get moves for us and getting the rooms free was a challenge for them. They had a very good attitude and they went above to help us get our room

The pool area was not clean and it looked cloudy. The feeling looks like it was ready to fall down. It was loud and inviting place and needed a lot of work. The whole place needs to upgrade. I don't blame the staff that is a management issue. The rooms near the episode too.
