this is the first time I go to a hotel/motel, and it is as clean as my house. it was spectacular I love the friendliness' of the stuff and super helpful with something not related to the hotel, but they helped us anyways which is super appreciated it. I got a super nice clean enormous room for my family and my furry babies super comfortable. They also have a guess laundry room which is awesome uses coin, so you just go the front desk and help you with that as well. the best place seriously.

The room it right to the exit door so a lot of noise. The phone didn't work and the tv cable most of the time went freeze or just didn't work at all.

Most of the staff was great as usual.

My daughter stayed in a different room, but her shower drain was clogged. The wonderful attendant took care of it and even cleaned the tub after she was finished. My husband and my room the door doesn't close when you go out, you have to slam it. The TV sucked, my husband went down and got the batteries changed in the remote. The TV wouldn't switch to the channel we wanted. The microwave kept beeping and the door to the microwave is burnt/gross. It was clean on the inside, but the door looked scary and the microwave in my daughter's room was the same way.

Missed the breakfast:( had to get back on the road. The staff was courteous and polite, all smiles:) The tree in the back is beautiful!! Got nice pictures of our boys in it. The location was perfect. Out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist craziness. Things were within walking distance. Really liked that the floor wasn't carpet . Much easier to clean up all the sand, coming from a housekeepers perspective.

No in room coffee. The coffee in the lobby was good and appreciated. We are not complaining but you asked.

Pet friendly we went to a Weiner dog beach convention and employees were really friendly to my dog. The pet area was on both ends and they had clean area with lots of bags and a waste container and there was no extra fees for my dog staying with me.

Housekeeping didn't knock once to see if I needed clean linen. I had to go to front desk for clean towels.

I cancelled the 2nd room so I couldn't answer the previous question. The room we had was very clean & comfortable. However, only soap & towels were provided & I kind of expected shampoo & conditioner, & possibly kleenex tissues. But it was sufficient, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was good. We could hear at the people above us, & when they flushed their toilet, the water in ours would swirl around. It wasn't a problem, just a little odd.

Our room was next to an exit door which was noisy when it slammed shut, & also next to the ice machine, which was noisy. But we managed to sleep thru' anyway.

The room was clean and roomy, the beds are very comfortable & the staff was very pleasant to deal with. We even stayed an extra night.

The only bad thing had nothing to do with the hotel or staff, it was some of the other guest, not all of them of course just some that seemed to be very inconsiderate they would constantly slam doors and be very loud sometimes

The room was nice, clean. There was no carpet, which was a fear of mine. The bathroom was fair. I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay there again. Love that you could bring your pets & the rooms didn't smell like people do.

The towels need an upgrade, they were thin & small. The carpets in the lobby & the hallways should be removed like the rooms.

Enjoy the fact that when you get into your room it smelled cleaned. Staff friendly and helpful The heater worked great as well as the shower. Bed was nice..

Wish there was like a small couch or loveset to sit on besides the chairs and bed. U can't put ice cream in the freezer cause u then get a milkshake. We didn't really have anything negative to say about our stay.

Not too far from the beach. Lots of room to spread out within the room. Pet friendly (even for our cats). Great value for a room.

There were some minor cosmetic things like a light being broken or the bathtub drain being taped. But, the biggest was how much the room echoed and so even the fridge was loud. I think because there wasn’t anything on the walls.

#1. Hospitality. Front Desk. I had Booked 1 night online. I really needed 2 nights but it said it was Sold out. I sent a Chat to Motel 6 and asked if there were Any cancellations to please call me. My phone rang right away. The Lady on the other end worked her Magic and Shazaam I had 2 nights in the same room on the Bottom floor near a Door as I had requested. This was a Special trip for my 5yr old Granddaughter and possibly the last trip for my Retired Service Dog 15+ Blind and Deaf. I couldn't be Happier with the Service I received. The Room was Clean. The beds were comfortable . The location was convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Thank You for an Awesome Stay
