Quality Inn & Suites Springfield

Breakfasts were great. It took a moment or two to realize that syrup (used for waffles from waffle maker) were in condiment packages instead of a pouring container. Another moment to find the packages of Tabasco sauce (used for scrambled eggs, omelettes). After that, couldn't think of anything more to ask. Comfortable room. Used a car to commute to Eugene- relatively easy and close drive.

The television in the room didn't have a connection to the cable network, so I couldn't watch it. Would have been after being out all day anyway. I used the pool to get in at least one workout while traveling. I was able to swim short laps in it. The pool looked wider in the hotel pictures than the actual dimensions. Still, a refereshing change of pace in activities.

The place was and look clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had some choices but your usual hotel standard offerings. Powdered eggs and can bacon not my favorite but edible.The coffee was good though. Fresh fruit was a plus.

The place had a lot of whear around the edges. Looks to me like this hotel is about due for some renovations. Inside and out nothing to serious but still looks kinda old and slightly run down.

Quite location, easy access off of Freeway and close to the location we needed to be at. Convenient resturants and 24 hr store

Breakfast although included, wasn't great, but ok. Lots of people when we were in and so getting your food was a puzzle 1 piece at a time. Didn't care that the garbage cans under the counters in 2 places were in the areas we were fixing food and had to step away for people to dump their plates.

nice presentation, adequate variety. food was good. hot food was hot and cold food was cold.

There wasn't a tv guide for the Eugene area and being from out of town I wasn't familiar with local stations and the programming that they was carried.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Always greeted me in lobby. Leak in shower was fixed right away. No problem getting extra towels. Breakfast was good and staff kept dining room clean and stocked. Great experience!!

This place was fabulous and very clean . The breakfast was over the top beyond expectations, which was very, very good, and plenty of it. The beds were comfortable, but most importantly, the room was super clean. Putting the television remote in its own bag was a nice touch. You guys got an excellent review from review for me on Google Travel

There could have been informational books in the room. It would have been nice to see the closest restaurants near or shopping.

The staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to, the location was nearby restaurants and stores, the room were tidy and clean, the bedsheets were crispy iron` and smell good and I had plenty of towels and toiletress during our stay. oh.. one more thing, the continental breakfast was very filling. I like it. I had a wonderful experience at Quality Inn and Suites. Keep up the excellent work team. I totally recommend this place for your vacation getaway. Good stay.

The hotel was close to the highway to allow us easy access to and from the hotel. It had good restaurants all around making it a good location to find dinner. All up it met our needs adequately.

I had nothing to complain about for the price we paid and the need for a nights accomodation.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were very helpful! I had stayed close to a week because my Mother was in the hospital. They told me about different places and things to do in Springfield! I was so appreciative for that! I had things to do to keep me busy when I wasn't at the hospital! I would recommend this great place to ANYONE!!!!

The breakfast started at 6am, which was great since I had to be at work at 7. Choices were a little liimited but were sufficient. I was hoping for something like muffins or pastries, but there were bagels and English Muffins so that worked. Personally I didn't care for the coffee, but there are other options nearby.
