The staff encountered were all great. The breakfast was a good continental style breakfast. The staff were all accommodating. Quiet, however, friendly. The rooms were nice and appeared clean.

The heater/ac was loud. My guess is a fan problem that needs attention. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed. A lot of traffic all night being so close to highway. Slow drainage tub/sink.

It was easy to get to. Had options for getting snacks. The room was clean and had a hard worker as a housekeeper. The room was nice and cool, the microwave was really nice as well.

We did have to clean the one spot in the bathroom. The TV remote didn't want to work as well.

Location just off the highway is very convenient. The staff was friendly.

1. Staff was friendly but their break location must have been the bench right outside the main entrance. Staff congregating and smoking at the entrance does not give a good first impression. Plus, it seems they would enjoy their break more if there were a place away from customers for them to go. 2. The stairwell had a strange chemical smell. 3. Hair on the bathroom floor.

pool was closed & breakfast was not very good. i get there's covid but offering a better breakfast would be very helpful to travelers (fresh fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal or frozen egg sandwiches you could microwave) would be great.

Breakfast was convenient and adequate. Location was convenient and very accessible. Staff seemed determined to please.

Breakfast buffet ran out of paper plates on 2nd day, had to use a few napkins to heat a breakfast sandwich. Plastic tableware basket did not include spoons.

Breakfast was adequate. Easy off, easy on Rte. I81. Located next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Friendly staff.

Water pressure in the shower was too high. Also, there weren't any tissues in the room.

Side would not open, we were directed to use that door. Our room was just around the corner from the front desk but had to move car to side where door was.

I was pleased overall with the room, cleanliness, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't have breakfast but there is a little vending area by the front desk with snacks and drinks which I appreciate. The hotel was very conveniently located off of I-81 and near restaurants.

It's not just Wyndam, but all hotels that re-brand: Non-smoking rooms that used to be smoking rooms still reek of smoke! It would be nice to have a heads up when you book a NS room and are staying on a formerly smoking floor.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention detail remains. The staff is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.
