The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was super nice, helpful and patient with us when we showed up to eat 20 minutes before it was to be put away! The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and water that stays hot for 2 showers in a row. I needed more towels, and had no problems when I went to the front desk and asked for some. The location is good, and the price is affordable.

I booked a room that was supposed to have a queen sized bed and a pull out couch, according to the description, but ended up with just a regular couch with no pull out. I was also charged $25 more than my friend who stayed there when we did, and she booked the same way, at the same time as I did.

The staff was very accommodating as we arrived very late for our reservation. And we loved the breakfast included; there were eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels & cream cheese, muffins, make-your-own waffles, juices, coffee, cereal, apples. The breakfast staff kept the area clean & stocked until 9am. The hotel is all one floor, so the ceiling of our room was very high which was very nice & made room seem big. There was an L-shaped sofa in the room with the queen-sized bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, & TV. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to use most amenities. Hotel is not far off of 81 at the Chambersburg exit, so very convenient for our travel.

It was just an older building, so the room's bathroom had the tub shower & toilet, and then the sink area was just outside the bathroom. But that meant that the 2 of us could get ready at the same time, so not really a bad thing.

The breakfast was very nice: included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and my husband’s favorite: waffles. There were other choices too but that was what we chose.

I don’t know how the listings of local restaurants works in the notebook provided in each room. Are these are paid advertising? But we found many other nice looking options within just a few miles by wandering around. It would be nice to have more of them included.

Food was very good and location was excellent. Staff was excellent. We were there 2 nights

Guest room lighting could have been a little better. Unfortunately we had an accident involving the bath tub and ended up in the emergency room with a broken rib. Guest lost her balance. Hotel very helpful.

The bed is very high and there is no step stool to help you get into the bed. Front desk said they would bring one, but they never did. I have since bought my own step.

Best very good breakfast.

Ice machine wasn’t as reliable as we would have liked. But we probably enjoy ice more than most people. Lol.

The staff were super people focused. The hot breakfast was great considering we had family staying at another hotel close by and it did not have a hot breakfast.

So strange but the coffee. I don't know what type they used but it wasn't good

It was somewhere to sleep.

I didn’t know that it was across the road from the interstate 81. But I was surprised that the road noise was not louder.

Very clean, comfortable. Near many restaurants.

Room lamps weren’t connected to main switch. Had to turn each one on separately. Also, wall outlets are worn and plugs tended to fall out .

The breakfast was good. Cooked items were a bit bland and eggs kind of watery. Gravy for biscuits was a bit salty and would have been better with sausage than ham. Waffles have always been good. We liked that there was a good variety for all .

The only thing that was a little bothersome was that you can hear TV and talking from neighboring rooms. In our case it didn't last long though. There was no bottled water in the vending machine.
