Modern, clean, bright colors, good layout, public spaces are comfortable and welcoming. There is outside patio on the backside where you can sit. The indoor pool is clean and swimming was very refreshing. The room was big (plenty of room to move around) and clean. The air conditioning was very quiet. We stayed in a room with two queen beds which were very comfortable and clean. The sheets and comforter were very soft. Very easty to sleep. The Chambersburg location is not far from the 81 entrance which is very convenient. The front desk reception was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

The hotel was relatively recently renovated, and has a hip and stylish vibe. The lobby is nicely furnished as a bright hang-out space, great for young people or families. Breakfast was very good for a simple buffet - mini-omelets in particular were great. In the room, there were some nice convenient touches, like the squeeze bottles in the bathroom and the extra shelf between the sink and mirror.

The room was small and cramped. Decor was nice and bright, but it was tight. I missed conveniences like outlets on the bedside table (I had to reach down behind one table to plug in my charger - fortunately the table was on wheels.)

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The overnight staff was friendly, but they were not really able to answer questions in a professional manner. They were a little passive and laughed things off about not having carts to move luggage to the third floor and didn't know what to do when the curtain switch was malfunctioning. The unavailable carts were a big inconvenience, as I was traveling with my disabled mother who needs to travel with medical equipment. It was a lot to move solo and without a cart.

loved the 24 hr coffee, game room, lobby, and modern decor. refillable shower supplies were nice. Usually don't see body wash.

noticed there was no microwave or coffee maker, although coffee was available in lobby 24 hrs. hand wash at sink was full but body cream was empty. Not aimed at your hotel specifically but I wish hotels including breakfast would contract local bakeries to deliver fresh muffins or scones. Better yet if your going to employ people to run the breakfast invest in a small commercial oven to bake fresh. Forget the expensive messy waffle/pancake makers?! This coming from a commercial baker. Yes I do realize you don't want waste, but even if you order a select amount and leave the store bought for late risers?!

Beds were very comfortable, coffee was bold and well-made, breakfast hot with good variety and staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the beautiful view of trees and creek from our window.

Beer and wine selection was slim but the hotel was packed on a Saturday so they might have just been running low. Hotel location is within walking distance to several nearby restaurants and a McD’s but if you want to go to those on Walker Rd., it’s less safe by foot due to lack of sidewalks

New Hotel, no carpets, great shower/bathroom. Gym was well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was very good, coffee hot. Close to Interstate, easy to find. Restaurant just across the street. Would give it 4.5/5 stars only because of the room noise. Bed was very comfortable.

Seems like there is a design flaw at Hilton hotels. The walls are thin and you hear your neighbor easily. Close to the Interstate. So you can make white noise with the heat/cooling system. Windows should have another pane to cut down on road noise.

Great shower! Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Well lit parking lot.

I didn't like the smoker's area location right outside the main entrance. An employee was watering the flowers out front and was smoking while working. The breakfast bar was taken over by employees between 8:30 -9am and was shut down before the posted 10am end time. I witnessed a father with his two small children trying to figure out how to get them food.

We asked for a quiet location on the top floor and got it. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel -- a wooded area with a stream. Everything was clean and new although the style is very "mod" (like a kindergarten classroom). For us, looks aren't important if you have peace and quiet.

The mattress, although new and firm, had a deep pillow-top that made both of us overheat despite the room A/C and the pillows were all quite firm. We'd welcome that mattress during our VT winters but it wasn't as welcome on a 90+ degree day. Again, we overlook a great deal to have a quiet room

Location off highway, staff very friendly and helpful, cleanliness of the facility, grounds, and room, beautiful patio.

I had pre-requested a first floor room at my booking and got a reply emailed that my request was accepted, but at check-in I didn’t get a first floor room! Keyless/card entry into my room was tricky… only a second to open door allowed, so often I had to keep trying! One particular exit door was very hard to open as well as a few handles on doors!! For older folks w/ arthritic hands or related issues, it was troublesome!

The free breakfast it was better than usual and area for eating was very pleasant.

one side of building was facing a pretty woods area with a babbling stream, unfortunately we were on the other side with a very busy noisy street at window level and we had to keep the dark blinds completely shut pretty much all the time.
