Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Stroudsburg Bartonsville/Poconos

The fact that my deposit was already taken out when I booked the hotel room and I had lost my credit card and when I arrived I was told they had to refund that deposit and they were going to just take the deposit out on another credit card but it ended up being the total cost of the room which I had told the front desk that we wanted to pay some in cash and that it was supposed to paid at checkout not when we checked in

This was the perfect hotel for stopping on my drive to the airport, and the bath was super nice after a long day of driving! The breakfast was very nice, and traditional, with a few extras— including spinach souffle. I didn't use the other facilities, but everything looked super nice, and the hotel is very clean. If you're traveling, this is a good location with lots of places nearby, including Target up the road 1 mile.

I always enjoy having scrambled eggs in the morning they had sausage patties turkey patties a variety of Cold cereal milk in the utensils that you would need to eat it with they had plenty of toast if you wanted that and they had bananas and apples I didn't see oranges but they did have orange juice they have a machine that dispenses out apple juice and orange juice they had yogurt and muffins English muffins too and a waffle maker where you can make your own waffles which I like doing

What can be done better there should be a bench out front of the hotel there is a small area which could take a two or three seater seat or a table that can hold four people and you can drink your coffee around that would be nice to see the next time I visit

Location was excellent, room was clean, restaurants and stores were walking in distance, breakfast was okay.

This hotel did not provide a waffle maker machine. As an alternative, pre-made waffles coated in pearlized sugar was on the menu. Having a fresh waffle maker would be an excellent choice for breakfast.

Clean, new, modern and comfortable.

Breakfast eggs was not replenished 20 minutes before the cutoff, there was no plain toast, and could’ve used one more hot item like potatoes or bacon. Most of the parking lot lights didn’t work so it was very dark and could be unsafe. The pool is very small.

Quiet, large room, comfortable bed. Staff were nice, breakfast good.

The body wash bottle fell off the wall, making a horrible racket in the middle of the night. Seems like this is a known issue that management should address. There appeared to be a leak in the plumbing in the bathroom. The room was freezing cold, even when I turned off the AC.

SO close to everything. we drove 17 minutes tops for anywhere we went. target, Walmart, camelback, restaurants. 7 minutes away from Smugglers Cove, best restaurant in Poconos. also, they have beer for sale until 2am in case you forgot to grab some

the tv remotes kind of suck, our tv lost signal and we had to transfer rooms at 1am, but at least the staff was very kind and accommodating about it.

Breakfast was great! Erika who helped with breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. She went and got us the cereal we were looking for. It was such a small gesture was so accommodating and kind :)

Honestly everything was great. The hotel was close to skiing, food, and the Highway !!

Great patio with a fire. Really enjoyed the area. Breakfast area was very nice and well stocked.

Issues with the hot tub, jets were not functioning. Last two days pool and hot tub were closed.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and it was well kept during the stated breakfast hours. The evening fire pit was a nice touch to the end of the day.

I was surprised that the rooms didn’t have usb charging outlets.
