Not pet friendly. But viewing the cleanliness of property, I understand why 👍 Spacious Villa for a One Bedroom. Unfortunately, Bedroom was small with barely any walking space. But all else very good.

The manager and her staff were excellent. everyone was friendly and responded to any request immediately. The amenities were nice and the unit was spacious. Parking was plentiful and it was convenient to stores and restaurants. We did several hikes nearby and enjoyed the outdoors

We were placed in a unit that was old and outdated. Apparently the complex is being renovated but the renovated units are the ones reserved for owners and the sales team. The non renovated units are being rented and they show wear. Some things in the unit did not work. For the money we would have expected a better place.

The newly renovated room was gorgeous, it had a beautiful shower and kitchen. The kitchen has everything such as cookware and the was a plus. I did not get a renovated room at first but Frank at the front desk took good care of me and updated my room. I went alone with my 5yr old son, and I almost had to leave to go back to NY if I did not get a better room but frank made it happen!!

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like. I only stayed for 2 days and I plan to revisit in the summer

It’s like staying in a house, three stories, two balconies and two bathrooms. My toddler had a blast.

Room is a little outdated but I didn’t mind too much.

we love that the area where are we were put in the space the bathrooms I had everything that she needed but I wasn’t happy at all about seeing a roach in the cabinet so I didn’t really use the silverware and stuff the dishes there so that needs to be addressed but overall in that everything was pretty good.

The layout of the property was really nice and the restaurants there’s a lot of things that we wanted to come back and bring our kids to do up there it’s definitely nice and quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and friendly and very welcoming as well.

The room was very nice and updated looking forward to bringing the family next time

This is the perfect resort for a vacation getaway in the Poconos. The property is clean and has a good old-time charm.

The furniture was cheap and old, especially the beds. Also, the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude and was very rude to us.

It was great for COVID times - that your entrance is outside and there are no hallways or elevators or people to contend with. Loved the space and that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen facilities (full-size!) were decent. Beds were comfortable. Von called shortly after we got into the unit to see if everything was ok and that was nice. Rhonda from Maintenance called to follow up 18 minutes after I asked for more towels at check-in to make sure my request had been completed. I actually preferred that there was no daily housekeeping which meant that there was no one in our space during our stay, and we got more towels than I needed (lovely)! Enjoyed the arcade, mini golf and playground.

Unit was a little dated so would have liked to have stayed in one of the renovated units. Kitchen could have used a kettle for boiling water, a baking tray, oven mitts, and coffee/tea selection. We brought snacks and our own Brita water filter. Check-in got a little slow - I'm not sure why I had to see Amanda for a parking pass when I could have just gotten one from Von. The mini golf holes could have used a little leaf blowing but I loved that it was included in our $20 daily resort fee.

I like that you can stay in a little townhouse complete with balcony. The townhouse I had was nicely renovated and I thought it was very pretty, the kitchen was beautiful.

Check in takes way too long, first you wait on line which takes forever, I’m not sure why it takes so long if I preregister online and prepaid. They ask a million questions. Then you go to another counter for your parking permit and they try to upsell you the timeshare (I paid for it as a vacation, not interested in attending any sessions).
