Homewood Suites by Hilton Erie

The breakfast was very good. The times you could come down and eat breakfast with very good also. I loved the water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were a good size. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was great! It was nice having a TV in each room. The staff was helpful and friendly when we needed blankets, extra towels,washcloths. Nice size refrigerator, and the dishwasher worked well. We were able to bring our dog ,too! My grandson loved the pool!

I didn't like the noise of the air conditioners and we tried to do everything we could to not make it so cold in our rooms so we ended up putting blankets on our beds. On our second night there were people outside and below our window. They were talking very loudly. We complained and they got quiet 5 or 10 minutes then they started back up again.

Liked location near Mall & lots of restaurants.

Asked for late check-out at 11:30am by phone and front desk staff replied with frustration “Check out is already at noon, how late do you want?” I said 12:30 or maybe 12:45pm. He replied with hesitation “okay I can do 12:30pm”. The maid was not notified and knocked on the door at noon. Additionally, my Husband made a trip downstairs to start loading the car with our belongings and our key cards were de-activated at noon. This experience put a damper on our stay.

Breakfast was excellent- a variety of offerings each day. Location of the property was perfect-central to everything we wanted to do. Room was great and very comfortable.

I asked to have the sheets in the bedroom changed after my friends left on the 2nd day of my stay. It never happened despite asking at check in and calling to request it again on the 2nd day. I was promised by front desk staff that the housekeeping staff were gone for the day and that they would be changed the next day (the 3rd day of my stay) . It never happened.

The breakfast was great. The lady who set up and ran the kitchen part was a very hard worker. She did it all herself each morning and was very good! She deserves To be acknowledged and appreciated! The hotel staff was very nice and personable. Pool was nice.

The room smelled musty and had a dog smell. The carpet was torn and frayed in a few places. The windows were dirty as well as the refrigerator.

The whole room was nice. Wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was! Breakfast was awesome! The water pressure was good. The staff was nice too.

The floors were dirty. Found trash all under the bed frame. We also had some plumbing issues. Both toilets clogged multiple times. We were given a plunger so that was nice. The room was freezing cold and we couldn't figure out how to work the fire place. Some instructions on cooling and heating would be nice.

The room was clean and smelled very good,nice upgrades . Breakfast was awesome.From the entry through the hallways was nice,clean and smelled very good. I don’t use the pool or gym but I peaked in and everything was nice and clean.

The only thing that didn’t work for me was the toaster oven and the lamps in the bedroom. The sofa bed needs an upgrade may I suggest leather instead of fabric because leather is easier to clean and disinfect than fabric. I stayed in room 328.

We traveled from Utah to Maine, and this was our favorite hotel along the way. The staff was beyond friendly, our room was large, and there were plenty of breakfast options. Best of all, they had no problem with my mastiff staying. The staff loved seeing my sweet, giant pup. I would gladly stay again.

I have no complaints.

Spacious room, amenities and nice hot breakfast lot of varieties...and pool for kids ..

one thing that I don't like the popcorn and cookies in the lobby with charge..The other hotels we stayed before They were all complimentary and you can have them as many times you want..and other think was front desk lady( older one)...she was little bit mean..

This was an amazing place to stay with our family that included a toddler! The breakfast was amazing, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family! It was exceptionally clean and staff was friendly!

The pool was a bit cold

The rooms were a great size. The front staff was friendly. The pool area was great. The multiple washer and drier units were very convenient as well!

The water pressure was so hard it was painful, but if that’s the only negative then it’s not so bad!
