Breakfast was good. Wish they would offer turkey bacon.

The back parking lot. Kinda scary at night parking. I got out of my car and this guy came out of no where. Lucky there was another person outside that stopped and turned around. Then the guy stated he was confused as he wandered around.

Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious.

Our check in time was 3 pm. We arrived around 5:00 and was told that our rooms weren’t cleaned yet and we would have to wait. After multiple people were given their rooms and we had waited nearly an hour, I went up to the desk and inquired about our room. I was told by the desk person that he didn’t know when it would be ready and that he had work to do and couldn’t leave the desk to inquire. We waited over an hour and then was told we should have used a mobile check in. The rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating for the remainder of our stay.

The room was very nice. Very clean, the beds and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Pool was great.

I wish I was told they were n the midst of remodeling. Our room was like brandnew! But was not keen on being awoke at 8 A.M. to the sounds of demolition on the floor below. Also, breakfast was very disappointing. I assume due to the normal eating area being remodeled the quality may have suffered.

Otherwise the room was nice. The laundry facility convenient. Service was good.

The breakfast was ridiculous. I can only assume it was inferior because of some stupid Covid related restriction. I honestly don't see why they can't continue to serve breakfast in hotels like they always have. How does having hot eggs and bacon spread disease? How is this a danger to guests? But apparently a muffin and a granola bar with a bottled water in a paper bag is supposed to be sufficient? The hot breakfast is half the point we choose one hotel over another. They should at least specify on the websites that when they list a hotel room with breakfast included weather it is hot or not. There was also a divit in our matress which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel was really very nice,very clean, lots of amenities, great breakfast , it was really a nice place.. ("other than the couch" in our room ),, The staff at the hotel was absolutely fabulous,👍, they exceeded our expectations, really friendly and they went out of their way to please us, they were awesome...☺️👍👍😊

The couch,,, very old and worn out,, we had to get a bedspread from the office, to cover it, because we did not want to sit on it.,..😫,,

The staff was friendly . I liked that they had internet streaming apps available to watch . I also appreciated the living room area. The hotel was the nicest by far of any we stayed at on the way. I wish all of our hotels were like this one.

Very beautiful place. We enjoyed the pool and the amazing breakfast options that were served. Only complaint is the pool needs to be warmer and the chlorine was so strong our eyes was burning. Other than that this is a absolutely amazing hotel and will definitely be a repeat client.

Pool was very cold and way to much chlorine.

The room was super nice nd clean. The staff was very friendly and very good at communicating. Breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of options, as a vegetarian i didn't feel limited or like I had nothing to eat.

The location was centered around everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our every need. The entire facility was clean. Our room was more than we imagined. I will definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

While washing clothes the dryer broke. No control over that. We just hung the clothes in the closets in the room and they dried overnight.
