The staff was very welcoming and assisted in everyway when I inquired about their services. The room was a spacious suite which includes a sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. and 2 queen beds that seemed larger than average. The hot breakfast was a bonus as it was included with the room rate. The bathroom had full size Dove products which were very moisturizing and had lovely scents. When I asked for a couple of extra toiletries and shower caps they were more than accommodating.

In the bathrrom the tub had some mold stains on the edges however it was clean and the mirror was not cleaned from the last guest as there were greay water marks on it. Housekeeping is done only by request and there are no pens and paper in the room.The kitchenette was okay but the microwave had a burnt look and smell inside so I didn't attempt to use it. The TV had 2 verticle lines burnt into the screen so watching TV wasn't as normally enjoyable.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and courteous. The room was very nice and spacious.

You do NOT have near enough carts for luggage. There was no cart available at check in or check out. This was upsetting. And since you do not offer a pool and are connected to the splash lagoon, entry should NOT cost extra. That should be included in the cost of the room. And I asked for discounted tickets for area attractions, and your staff had nothing to offer. I was mostly upset about the luggage cart issue. You have plenty of room to store more by the ice machines on each floor. There is absolutely no reason you can't have more available for guest use.

I loved the location the room i had was amazing and more spacious then any other hotel i have stayed at. The room stayed cold the ac worked really good i loved the bathroom, the staff, and the hotel itself was clean and the room was great for my family of 5 and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. So if i decide to come back to erie pa this is the hotel im coming to

The only thing i did not like was how the splash lagoon was not included with ur room thats the only downfall i didnt like. But if i would stay there again i would.

Our room was generously large, with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, with plenty of space around plus a small table & chairs, bureau and desk. Also a small area with sink and microwave and coffee maker was handy. Bedding was fresh and soft. Matresses comfortable. Bathroom fine with a huge tub (wish I could have tried it out!) great value!

There was a generous breakfast buffet. But there was room for improvement. It would be nice to have had a non-dairy milk option for cereal and coffee/tea. Orange juice was just water. My grandson wished for waffles, but was ok with pancakes. Overall it was fine, but a few additions would have made it better.

proximity to I-90. my room was clean and nicely appointed. carpet looked new. room was quiet. breakfast offerings were numerous, hot items were plentiful and frequently restocked. staff were very friendly

shower pressure wasn’t very strong and having to step into a deep jacuzzi to shower wasn’t easy. Didn’t use the jacuzzi and would have preferred a walk in shower. The hotel was very full and parking was a problem. Had difficulty finding a place to park and when I finally did it was quite a distance away, which made hauling luggage difficult. due to proximity to indoor water park, there were lots of families with children, which made things crazy busy especially at check in, where there was a line.

The bed was comfortable and my daughter was able to get her privacy. The boys loved it but liked better the last room when booking it.

Well the last time I booked come with tickets to splash lagoon this time it did not. And was explained that it has to be booked through splash Lagoon website. Mind you same price if I book with splash Lagoon as just booking a hotel. Made no difference. I was very unhappy, I decided to cut my day short due to grandmother's passing away. Should have gone with my first instinct and canceled the whole trip. But if I did not receive the info concerning booking through splash Lagoon I would have not know for my next trip. Well everything has this reason.

Lots of parking space. Check-in was quick. The lady was friendly and even looked up my IHG membership number. Room was huge for two people. Most comfortable beds. Coffee and tea in room. All-you-can-eat breakfast included a choice of everything that you ever ate for breakfast at home or at a restaurant. Checkout was as simple as dropping your room key into a jar.

Because it's connected to a splash park not only is the cost to stay higher, but also there is no pool or hot tub to use unless you pay extra.

While it was nice to see families enjoying a special outing, breakfast was very crowded and noisy. It's a very nice place, but perhaps not the destination of choice for those who only want a bed and breakfast..

The size and cleanliness of the room.

I ordered 2 identical rooms and one was considerably higher. I also asked for next door or adjoining rooms. The desk clerk told me she. Could not discuss the issue l should talk with bookings.com. I did as instructed and they said talk to front desk.

Comfortable beds, quiet hallways, breakfast was consitant and tasty...breakfast crew did a good job.

No bacon served for breakfast, who does that? Would have definitely enjoyed some bacon alternated every other day.
