The hotel is new and is very clean. It’s within walking distance of Aldi’s which is great if you need something to eat as there is a small refrigerator in the room. I found the hotel staff to be polite and accommodating.

The hotel welcomes pets which I’m sure is great for people traveling with their pets. The problem is that they go out and leave the pet in the room, and we had a dog barking nonstop next to our room for hours. I did call the front desk to tell them, and I’m sure they did what they could do, but if the people are gone, and the dog is left in the room, there’s not much to be done until they return. The other thing I might mention which is really not that big a deal, is that the exterior entryway is not very attractive and inviting. There are just a set of automatic doors. When you walk through the doors, the lobby is very cheerful and attractive with a nice area of couches to sit.

Great location, comfortable beds, they had Dove Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion which is EXTREMELY convenient, very quiet, amazing price. It’s a no outlet road so there’s no traffic, perfect location too as it’s surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay here again for our next Erie trip!! Very clean rooms as well.

I’m not sure about the breakfast situation for sure, but I believe there is no free breakfast.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and other furniture, helped me to stay relaxed while on vacation. The pool and gym area were kept clean as well. The shower was big.

I mentioned the shower was big, but for me the only issue was there wasn't good water pressure. The only other thing I didn't like was there was only one microwave and that was down in the lobby. Had to wait to use the microwave at one point. Wish there was one in the room.

Clean and quite welcoming. Desk was VERY HELPFUL AND CURTIOUS!! I believe the one young lady had only been on a couple shifts yet professional and thorough!!

The pillows SUCKED! Just fell flat as soon as I laid my head down and the bathroom door. I imagine the big heavy has a purpose. However, there should at least be a way to stop or hold it in a desired position. ( ALL VERY MINOR IN THE BIG PICTURE) We absolutely loved the hotel and our stay

The Holiday Inn was the perfect spot for our five day stay in Erie. Close to everything. When 15 minutes you are where you need to be. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. AC worked well, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout shade really made the room dark. There is a nice workout room, laundry facilities, and a small indoor pool. You can buy breakfast and dinner at the hotel. There are also many restaurants within a few minutes. We spent two days at the Presque Isle beaches, went to the zoo, and took a sunset cruise. Everything is close to the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought our two dogs. There was ample space to walk them and a receptacle for dog waste. The hotel is easy to reach, just off I90. There is ample parking and the parking lot is well lit.

We enjoyed our stay. There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Mariah at the front desk was amazing and helpful at all times we needed something. Rooms were clean and nice.

Upon check in Cindy was very rude and started our stay out on a bad note! She would not speak clearly or at a volume I could even hear. She did not tell me one thing other then the elevators were to left! She did not tell me about wifi, pool, Resturant, room needs, check out time, nothing! I am glad we only dealt with her once or we would have left. She is not the face/person to greet guests who are excited to be on vacation. She really started our trip off to a bad start. A free Continental breakfast would be nice. Most every hotel has that for guests.

Noisy, could hear people next door having sex, can hear you doing your business in bathroom, hearing people in hallway. Only one elevator, stairway far away, never saw it. Pool too small. Asked for extra coffee but only gave us decaf, why would anyone want that

Room very clean, modern and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Had a great sleep. Pets welcome. Staff very friendly.

No breakfast included. The bathroom door was very heavy and remained closed. Couldn't talk to my spouse as the door was shut or cool off after a hot, humid shower. No hook in bathroom to hang up toiletry bag.

EVERYTHING! We loved this property! The pool, gym, room, lobby, everything was gorgeous! They could have told me we were the first one to ever stay in our room and I would have believed them! Jt was simply fabulous and gorgeous!

The only thing I might say would be I wish there was a way to stream netflix or hulu etc on the tv we bought an hdmi cable to connect to the tv but that was it! Everything else was fabulous!

The property was extremely clean and the cabin was stocked with everything one could need. I loved the small details in the cabin. We really enjoyed sitting outside on Saturday evening with the fire and looking at the stars.

I did not like that there was not easy access to the river, and the highway noise.
