Lobby was clean, and the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the AC unit worked good. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate.

The shower head is situated rather low...you almost have to squat a little to get fully under it, and the fixture with the pipes stuck out a bit. Would of been nice to have a little more breakfast options.....I was really looking forward to having the malt waffles, but didn't realize there weren't any available here.

It worked for the one night we stayed and the pool and the restaurant next was good! The staff at the bar were really kind!

I ordered a smoking room so we didn’t have to go outside! I get things happen but the guy who checked us just go outside there was nothing he could do , he was just a little rude about it

Jay Pazekh was the most pleasant employee I have ever met very friendly and goes above and beyond his job greets you ever time you come in always smiling and I also noticed he helps with house keeping very valuable employee to your business

Love that this hotel lived up to its proud certified claim. As a transfem who still looks like a guy right now, life is tough. The one staff member who needed to use my pronouns, actually gendered me correctly. That was the first time anyone has gendered my correctly, that's by far the best part of my month.

The bathtub didn't have anything to hold the water in so I had to use a washcloth which was sort of effective. The breakfast didn't have any hot food like scrambled eggs or waffles. The kleenex box only had a couple left before it was empty.

This room was so much better than I could have dreamed of. I booked it super cheap because we weren't really looking for comfort (it was for a fishing trip) and oh lordy was this room amazing. So big, so comfortable, and a huge bay window.

Honestly there really wasn't anything I didn't like, other than the fact it was a little hard to find and the breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that, really a great hotel. I didn't expect much and got so much more.

I love the employees that work there Sarah is great,the young lady that cleans the rooms I call her Speedy and the young man that works the desk always has a smile for me. will be back in March for my Birthday

I have no problem with this property

The room is quite comfortable & meets our needs. The desk clerks are kind, and respectful & give off positive friendly vibes which is nice when you’re new to an area and tired from traveling. :)

Would be nice if they could offer more breakfast options, & the water pressure in shower is too weak, but it also does the job.

Small breakfast. Round the clock coffee. Great maid service. Front desk very friendly. Clean room. Everything worked in room. Floors clean. Decent price.

Nothing not to like

Spacious room, super size and comfortable bed, breakfast as expected, price was over $20 lower than basic hotels in the area, easy check-in, super sharp TV picture. In total, you got everything you expected for the price. and more!

The room was cleaned it didnt smell like cigaretts the staff was very nice

The ac didnt work very well there wasnt enough pillows for my family of 5 their breakfast could be a little bit better and more time consuming. Overall my stay there was ok
