The location was ok, we were on the side of the hotel with the freeway noise, I may ask to be on the opposite side next time, out curtains did not close all the way, but our room was clean and smelled nice and the beds were soft with comfy pillows, which is most definitely taken into consideration. I love the breakfast options/choices much to choose from and the coffee was delicious! We also love the pool too, the water is warm upon entering and the provided towels are a nice touch.

Our in room phone rang at 10:50pm at night, scaring the crap out of my friend.

Breakfast was reduced to a bag to go. After the previous nights bad reviews and rest this was the opposite. Nice clean room, nice staff and the pool was refreshing. Close to restaurants and easy on and off highway. Would return.

Motel was under remodeling so should be better next time. Would like to see a full breakfast return.Next to interstate so a little noisy although our room next to pool was quiet all night. Good parking near room.

We arrived early afternoon and knew we wouldn't be able to get into our room but we were given the option of first or second floor, as they didn't have elevators. They gave us suggestions of places to visit and directions while we waited. Great location for all activities and places to visit. Excellent breakfasts, with plenty of tables, constantly refilling when food ran low. Great indoor pool area, where you could relax after an active day. Very clean, we so enjoyed.

We really enjoy the hot breakfast and its being connected to Splash Lagoon. Though, being right off of 90, we have used it as our hotel even when we do not go to the water park. Most of the staff is very friendly. We also really enjoy the inside pool.

We had several bags and it took us a couple of trips to get things to the room as it was on the second floor and there's no elevator so we couldn't use a cart. There was one staff member at the desk that wasn't friendly.

The breakfast was very good with so many choices. The pool was nice and the location was perfect and central to many of the places that we visited

The first night we needed more towels There were only 2 towels with 4 of us staying but they were very prompt at getting us more towels when we asked.

Loved the pool Trinity was very friendly food excellent

I didn't feel that 2 of the front counter. People did not try to accommodate me. And the manager didn't really want to hear about it. But Trinity tried to help she was excellent.

The breakfast was very nice. Great variety to choose from. Something for everyone!

Since my husband and I both have a little difficult with getting in and out of a tub or shower, there could have been another bar in the shower. Also, the tub surface should be a bit less slippery. Fall possibilities are a big issue to seniors!

Breakfast was good. I liked the pool. Easy to get in and out of my room to the car during a rain storm. Room and bed were comfortable.

The lady behind the desk when I checked in was not friendly. Maybe she was tired, but she seemed disapproving. The morning lady was very nice. People were not wearing masks or social distancing especially at breakfast when we should have been. There was no encouragement or modeling by staff. I was on my way to a funeral for COVID death and was amazed by lack of concern for safety in this whole area. I did not feel comfortable going to the pool through the lobby/ breakfast room where people were sitting. I walked around to the back door of the pool instead. Pool did not have clean towels on hand.

stay was for two nights my room was $207 total for 2nights but needed another night and then the price was $139 just didn't seem fair would have checked out on original day but member of family wasn't feeling well so the extra night was needed thanks for a chance to share my feelings Robert Hutton

Breakfast was awesome. My grandson (14) was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no map of the building in the room, or information about nearby restaurants and attractions.
