I wasn't sure what to expect because the internet rated the motel low but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the room and service was as good as many local four star hotels that I have stayed at. I will try to book at this motel first on my return trips to Gettysburg. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. This is my new go to motel.

I didn't have anything to complain about. I was happy with the cleanliness, service and accommodations. The motel had everything that I needed. I didn't see a pool or a gym but I don't use those anyway. No sense paying extra for features that I don't need.

Accommodations as expected for the excellent price.Very clean and no od smells. Beds were comfy and had a micro, fridge and coffee maker in room. Lady at front desk was nice....and helpful. Great location in Gettysburg. We walked to the downtown core and had a great evening checking out the sites, restaurants and pubs. Very nice local people, service and food in area especially The Pub for drinks and La Bella Italian restaurant for the best pizza crust I have ever eaten. The rest of the pizza was awesome also. Lol Now back to Canada!

WiFi wasn't working. That was pretty much all that was wrong.

Location of hotel as it's not right on the main street but close enough to enjoy.

Room right next to elevator. Could hear it operating but really not too bad at night during our stay at least. Could be an issue during busy season! No breakfast offered but knew that in advance. Not an issue for our stay as we rarely eat breakfast anyway but could see as a downfall for someone else possibly. Getting out of parking can be cumbersome as well at times especially during peak hours and times during events.

The staff was polite. It was comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we come to visit again. We just love the whole experience when we come to Gettysburg. This was my second trip here with my fiance and just love the place.

That there wasn't more space to put our clothes. Most places have drawers to put clothes and there wasn't enough hangers to hang our clothes up because we were there for a week.

Love that you have the option to pay cash on arrival and not have to charge your credit card. Super easy check in & out. Room was nice, clean. Stayed on first floor, down the hall from the front desk, hallway was quiet, didn't really hear noises from hallway or other rooms.

Air conditioner was loud & couldn't really adjust vents so it didn't blow right on my head. No literature in room for direction or choices to local eateries or activities. Not everyone has access to the internet.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and free parking in excellent location in centre of Gettysburg. Facilities were basic but fine for our 3 day visit. Staff were friendly and hotel was quiet and very good value for money.

Nothing we didn’t like. You can pay more for a more modern hotel with more facilities but this location is hard to beat. Would definitely stay again as the centre of town is short distance up the road.

The property was very clean and inviting. The parking lot and the grounds were kept up and nice as well. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff ( owners) were exceptionally friendly. I rode my Harley and was not afraid to leave my baby parked in the front.

Well no breakfast is offered but that wasn’t a game changer for me. I know someone is going to complain about the train that comes through but so often. Well the tracks run right through the town so you’ll probably hear it at any of the hotels. But it wasn’t loud nor did it wake me up.

It's a no-frills hotel -- no laundry or breakfast or pool. The Quality Inn across the street offers more for the same price but the bonus with this hotel is the super clean rooms, extra towels and shampoo and the close proximity to downtown Gettysburg making it a fun walkable experience. to Gettysburg shopping and breakfast eateries. The management was really friendly and nice too.

I didnt like that there was no gusset laundry. At least there is a laundromat across the street. I did not like that there was no breakfast at all -- at least some pastries and a toaster would be nice. The Folgers Coffee is always available however so that is good at least.

Very clean and quiet, even though it is right off a main road. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the downtown area and there is ample parking. They did not offer daily maid service during my previous stays, but I was always able to get additional towels and such at the front desk. Also, the price is great!

No complaints.

The staff was so friendly and explained everything before we asked. The room was a good size and clean. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again!

There was a stale odor in our room that went away when we ran the air conditioner. The mattress was too firm for our liking, but other people would probably enjoy that.
