Upon arrival a little early i was hesitant to go in or wait until 4pm, i went in anyway and the room was ready and the ladies behind the counter were efficent, quick and had excellent customer service! They accomodated our request for a parking level room which was very convenient for all of our luggage! Walking to the room i passed the pool whice seemed to have a lifeguard of some sort and was VERY clean and clear! When arriving to the room i was blown away at the decor and cleanliness! The bathroom was HUGE and very clean, beds were comfy, mini fridge, TV centrally located...and there was even a little instruction manual for the hotel on the desk.. the view from the balcony was AWESOME if you love to people watch! And going to and from the vehicle was convenient. Will definitely stay here again!!

No microwave in the room, one is in the lobby available for use, parking was a pain if you came in late, very tight squeeze if parking a larger vehicle, traffic can be noisy if you're a light sleeper...Ice maker on 2nd floor was broken had to travel up to the 3rd floor and it states no elevator use 12am-5am...can be a bummer for the late nighters

The location is ideal for basically everything. Walking distance to the National Cemetery, the National Military Park, shops, restaurants. In fact. The walk to the cemetery and Military Park is shorter from the Inn than it is from the visitors center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we got to the room and used the bathroom, the toilet chain broke. We let the front desk know and went to the car to get our bags. The maintenance guy was already in the room fixing the toilet before we got back to the room. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.

The location can't be beaten. You can walk to so many different shops & restaurants. The staff was also so very nice and helpful. They watched our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so we could enjoy Gettysburg for just a bit more. Their complimentary breakfast is really, really, good.

The AC unit in our room (348) wasn't the best. We had it set to 60 degrees and we both ended up kicking off the blankets in the middle of the night due to being overheated.

We couldn't check in early, but they offered a parking pass which allowed us to explore the town a bit. We walked to everything with the exception of the Museum/Visitor's Center. But, if you're up for a more of a walk you can do that easily as well. If you like to bike, this location is ideal as you could bike to the visitor's center and then bike through all the battlefields. The bus tours were only a block away. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ... eh ... It was a HOT American breakfast versus just a buttered roll that some others offer. Definitely recommend and would stay again! The building, the staff, breakfast,cleanliness, courtesy, and hospitality were fantastic. I would come back again. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. They gave us spot on dinner suggestions. A big success.

Great location in Gettysburg about a 10-15 minute walk to the historical centre. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room rate and the breakfast spread is very good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast and great coffee to name a few items. Big parking lot on property so no issue coming and going.

As some previous guests have commented, the wifi is spotty. Owing to staff shortages, daily room cleaning isn’t available if staying more then one night, but can’t hold that against them. Universal issue, especially in the hospitality industry. Did’t matter to me at all.

Even though we did not have staff clean our room daily it was well stocked! The freezer was defrosted and the refrigerator was clean. We also had a handwritten welcome note left for us by housekeeping! The breakfast and breakfast rooms were excellent!

It was that I didn’t like it but I was surprised that the staff at the front desk did not ask me how my stay was when I was checking out. There was very little interaction with any of the staff during my stay which I find unusual as I travel frequently and most hotel staff are very friendly and engaging.

This was our 3rd stay. The hotel is VERY clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The pool is great! The continental breakfast was wonderful. The free coffee/tea in the lobby is nice as well. The only complaint we have is that there is no exhaust fan/ventilation in the bathroom. It gets quite stuffy in there. Overall, we love visiting the Inn.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was phenominal. The desk clerk at check out was pleasant and friendly and made up for the one at check in. The positives outweighed the negatives. It just took longer to explain the negatives. We will be back. I'm sure

The desk clerk at check in had no personality and did not explain why she needed another name. She just kept saying "different name" in aanner that made me think she didn't want to be there. Not a good first impression. Every drink machine on every floor had an "Out of Order" sign. Really? Every one? We had a Floor 2 rear room. A lovely view of stagnant roof water, but I suppose someone must be in those rooms. I just hope we have a higher floor or a forward facing room nest time.
